We worked closely with Kristin during the design of our new home build. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and thoughtful (and patient!), bringing out ideas and concepts we hadn't thought of, and helping us think through not just the aesthetics of our dream home but the functionality and practicality of different design options. She is very detail oriented and picked up on many things we wouldn't have thought to consider throughout the process. She learned our style right away and brought us design options that fit our preferences and budget. We would highly recommend Kristin for any of your design needs!

We hired Kristin for what I would consider a complex project. It involved turning a 2nd floor master into a bedroom and an ensuite as well as turning 2 1st floor bedrooms into a master. The space planning that Kristin designed was nothing short of brilliant. It could have looked forced but instead looks like a natural flow. We also took down walls between our kitchen and family room and subsequently "did" our kitchen The design and beauty of the cabinets are beyond are expectations. Kristin was very efficient and worked seamlessly with our contractors. It was a painless 4 month process because of Kristin

I hired KPI to completely remodel my kitchen. BEST MONEY EVER SPENT! It pays to hire a professional, and Kristin truly is an expert in her field. She is creative, yet practical in her process and design and respectfully derailed me from making misinformed or bad decisions, saving me time and money. She made the process fun and was very efficient with time spent. The end result is a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen that was completed without any surprises, on time and within budget. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and would love the opportunity to work with Kristin again.

We chose Kristin and her team to design our bathroom renovation/addition based on positive word-of-mouth reviews. KPI designed a new full bath, as well as a new master bath from existing space on the second floor of our 1916 home. We were blown away by the space she was able to create – we never dreamed we could have two full, spacious bathrooms in the space we gave her to work with! Not only was her space planning noteworthy, she nailed our design selections in just one short meeting! She truly understood what we were looking for and was able to give us exactly what we wanted, while staying within our budget. Both of our new bathrooms turned out beautifully and I would highly recommend KPI for any/all interior design services.

We worked with Kristin to completely update our kitchen which led to updating the powder room and also the beverage center in our dining room. This was an extensive re-model that required collaboration and coordination between Kristin and her team, the contractor and myself. Kristin "got me" and I have very specific tastes. It was helpful to work with someone that made an effort to understand my vision of the design elements we wanted to incorporate coupled with practical improvements to have a better working kitchen. The result is a wonderful combination of artistry and high function!

Kristin and her Team made our house building process easy and fun. She kept us on time and within budget and made our house look great. My only regret is that we did not introduce KPI into the project earlier. Their expertise in space planning and ability to work with our contractor was a great help on keeping us on track. There are lots of decisions to make when building a house many of which you are never fully prepared for. KPI was always there for us. We could not be happier with the results!

We worked with Kristen at KPI to open up and reconfigure a 50s ranch. It was a pleasure to work with her. She is honest, knowledgable, and professional. Most importantly, she was collaborative, listening and incorporating the ideas we had. We received variety of floor plans which gave us the opportunity to select the one that worked best for us. We could never have come up with the unique solutions to making this home exactly what we wanted without her expertise. I highly recommend her and KPI for any of your design needs.

We purchased a new home and the thought of decorating it was overwhelming. We hired Lara Templeman @ KPI and she was amazing with her ideas of layout and design. She took the time to get a feel for our style and took it up a notch. Lara managed all from custom woodwork design, window coverings, furniture, and accents. Jodi @ KPI kept us updated on deliveries and installs the entire time. We love everything we ordered. We couldn't be happier with how it all came together to create an inviting home we love living in.

I am writing this review in favor of Kristin Petro of KPI, Inc. who supervised in designing and renovating our kitchen, family room, foyer and stairway. She was very pleasant , patient and easy to work with and was very accommodating to many of my wife's requests/ideas. Her choices of cabinets, hardware, lighting and paint were all to our satisfaction and we are extremely happy and satisfied with her work and the people she picked to help her in this project. We will recommend her and her company to anyone who wants their kitchen redesigned and renovated.

I purchased a new home and needed the right person to come in and decorate it the right way. I have four kids and needless to say, it was a big job and I certainly do not have an eye for interior decorating. I met with Melissa and right away, I could tell she was the right person for this job. She was terrific with her communication and her ideas for how to handle particular areas in the house. She worked well with the furniture that I had and introduced many new pieces that integrated really well. I walk through the house now and cannot believe it is the same place and I absolutely love what Melissa did with my home. From the window coverings to the wall finishes to the furniture, it feels like a home now and my kids and I love it.

We had a wonderful experience with KPI! Working w designer Kelly Colonna, we renovated the second bath upstairs to function both as a kid's bath and as a guest bath. The design is fun, but timeless, the construction was seamless, and the project was finished on time and in budget. Kelly also helped us fill in a gallery wall and create a fun family hang area in our upstairs landing. We couldn't be happier with both the process and the result. Given how well things went, we plan to use KPI for bigger projects down the road.

I just completed my third remodeling project with Kristin Petro Interiors and I’m already thinking about what might be next. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to work with them. They think outside the box, provide options and deliver design solutions that are not only on-point with style, but within budget.
