I cannot say enough positive things about our interactions with Paul Deutsch of Kurk Homes. My wife and I first met Paul when we toured the Kurk model home in New Braunfels. We were doing research on building our own custom home and he was very thorough in giving us a tour of the home and explaining the possibilities. During this process, Paul has been very responsive and patient with our questions and concerns. We are working remotely to design our forever home and Paul has responded quickly to any questions or concerns that have come up. He is always willing to jump on a call with me or respond to a text or email. This helps us have our mind at ease, knowing that we have someone with the expertise to handle our questions and out of the box thinking. I strongly recommend Paul for his professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness. One can discern that Paul enjoys the work he does and that makes working with him an even more stress-free.

Paul was my initial contact with Kurk Homes several years ago and stayed connected in a very personal way while I cared for my mother in another state. When I returned to TX and was ready to start the build process, he was very attentive and responsive to my many questions. He's very professional, dependable, and was quick to help me problem-solve. We recently moved into our new home built by Kurk Homes in the Hill Country. After some delays in the beginning due to personelle issues, Misael Soto took over as project manager. Although the entire process took much longer than was expected, with a few bumps along the way, Misa moved the process along more smoothly. We are very happy with the quality of work and the workmanship and the final result of our house. We really appreciate the help that we received from Jeffrey Merriman in selecting the colors and styles of the interior materials. His expertise in the selections made the process much less overwhelming. The entire team worked together well to inform us of the steps and the progress along the way. We love our new home! Love the construction quality of our home! Kurk homes does a great job of ensuring solid construction and stands behind their work. Kurk homes specifications for construction of homes is well above industry standards and built to last. We enjoyed working with Misael, construction manager for our house. He was helpful and worked hard to make sure things turned out the way we envisioned them in our home.

In 2015, after building our dream home in Brenham, TX in 1998, we found out we were moving. Husband and I both began researching house plans and both unknowingly landed upon a house plan by Kurk Homes. It was meant to be. They were amazing to work with, helping us to create our second dream home in 2017. We are in love with our home and continually have people inquiring who built our home and admiring its beauty. With time, things and needs change. Even 8 years later, Kurk Homes is still there to help answer questions and provide insight for our needs. We used Kurk Homes to design and build our dream home. The process was smooth, drama-free, and we felt like the owners and employees are honest, hard-working people. My main requirement for building was to hire honest people and I'm glad my research led to Kurk. The house is absolutely beautiful and very sturdy (the eye of Hurricane Beryl went directly over us a few weeks after moving in and we didn't have any damage!). Working with our designer Kim was fun and working with our construction team - Oscar, Bryan, and Richard - was super easy. If we ever build again, we will definitely use them.
