Kurt Carruth was my architect working on the design and county construction documents for my home 2014 -2016. Kurt is extremely creative and organized, a rare combination. He exhibited a great deal of care when it came to my ideas, my time frame and equally as important, my budget. Kurt was very responsive to the needs of my project, every step of the way both to me and to my contractor.

We hired Kurt with a tight schedule. He produced documents and permit set very quickly. This really helped us out. Also he listened very well to our wishes and turned them into reality. He was real good to work with to get our ideas and wishes onto paper. As a contractor i then was able to move forward.

Kurt had a great reputation and portfolio of top flight modern homes in roaring fork valley. After meeting him to decide between architects I knew he was the one for our first Carbondale home build. We had some issues with our Design Review Board and Kurt helped us get through the process while keeping our core designs in tact. In the end it turned out great and Kurt was helpful along the way to get us extra drawings or modifications as we needed them. Kurt and I have worked together for ten years. He is amazing! Kurt is always on the cutting edge of architecture with an eye for detail.
