It was wonderful to work with Karen. She provided both design consultation and project management and we were very pleased from start to finish. While we had some of our own ideas, Karen understood our end objective and elevated our ideas, helping us select the updates & finishes that would take this project to the next level. In addition to the fabulous design consultation, Karen led the sourcing, coordinating, and project managing of every renovation. With this being a rental, it was important the work occurred over a single week, and Karen made it happen! We could not be more pleased and are excited to work with Karen on another project in the future!

After struggling to get contractors to even call me back, it quickly became apparent I needed some assistance to complete my renovation project. After being introduced to Karen, she quickly had my project on track. Her local contacts and experience on the island were invaluable as her contractors proved to be responsive, competitively priced, and perform quality work. Her relationships and work ethic led to the project being completed on time and under budget. Further, the final product was a much enhanced version of what I initially envisioned thanks to Karen's design skills and eye for island decor. I couldn't have been more pleased with Karen's services and won't hesitate to use her again.

If I had not had the confidence in her and her ability to help me with all of the vision & selections- as well as help navigate through our Large renovation project on the home we were purchasing, with just a short window of time to do so...I don't think we would have made the decision to purchase the home. It was obvious right away, that she has had a lot of experience and knowledge in Creating and designing, with creative ideas, and knowledge in the building process and limitations. KWYNN design was amazing to work with while we remodeled our home in Florida. Managing the complete project for us, since we weren’t able to be there to see the progress, and communicating with us regularly. Karen was extremely helpful with designs we couldn’t decide on. Such as cabinets, shower tile selection, wood floor choices and also had excellent construction ideas. Helping to complete the 3 month deadline on time which was very important to us!! Was wonderful to work with! Cannot say enough great things about K WYNN Designs. She helped us prepare and update our very outdated 6,000 sq ft home to sell. We were living out of state and had complete confidence and trust in Karen as she represented our interests to the many contractors and realtors. The advice she gave us helped us make our many decisions as we worked within our budget. Her design style is spot on and she knows how to make a house a home. The results were gorgeous and our home sold within days. Would 100% easily use her services again.

Karen turned our first house into a home. She coordinated the arrival of all of our furniture, picked out the light fixtures for each room, chose the perfect interior and exterior paint colors, and setup of all of our furniture in the most perfect way. We are in love with how it all looks and appreciate the time and attention to detail Karen implemented.
