Kyle Boerner has built several things for us over the years including a garage, a large addition tour previous home and multiple special projects. Most recently he built us our most recent home which was a beautiful lake house on Lake Hartwell. Kyle was easy to work with, always meticulous about details, and extremely dependable. His company builds a great quality home without being excessive. We made numerous changes to the plans as we went and everything we asked for was executed perfectly. It's been more than a year and Kyle continues to send someone over to take care of the few little things that go wrong with any large construction project. A door that gets hard to open, some quirk with the tankless water heater, or a breaker to the boat dock that keeps tripping. We could not be more pleased with Kyle and Boerner Construction and Highly recommend them for any building need.

I did research before I hired my first custom home builder, and it paid off! My custom lake house is gorgeous and way beyond my expectations. Kyle made the entire process a pleasure (does anybody ever say that during a home building experience?!?). Kyle was very informative on each build process, he is excellent and scheduling his sub contractors so there is always progress, he accommodated my changes without hesitation, and he is very personable.
