Having worked in the field of home and commercial automation for many years, I really like having Kyle and his very well-educated staff working with me. WOW, first class service by Global Wave Integration. Michael V. and his amazing team went beyond my expectations with the utmost care to every detail with professionalism and white glove service. We asked for additional speakers after the fact and they were 10 steps ahead of us and ran them just in case which saved us time and money. Brilliant!!!! They also reorganized previous AV companies careless installation, now it looks organized and clean. Even after the installation they are readily available to resolve or answer any questions. Global Wave is meticulous, detail oriented and epitomizes professionalism. They did an incredible installation at my house, cleaned up the previous A/V companies sloppy work and got me running at optimum strength. Their people are white glove quality installers as well. Great experience with Global Wave and their team! We are a luxury condo building with a large theater project that was completed. The on-site techs are very knowledgeable and communicate very well. The customer service from the office staff has also been flawless, despite all of my requests! We have some additional needs upcoming to further enhance our system and have already started working again with Global Wave. Would recommend for any large business project!

Global Wave Integration is amazing! We have had Zack come out a few times to help us set up Apple TV's in our clinic that were already connected to old accounts on Android devices. He was so helpful and I cannot recommend this company enough. We were having a ton of issues with our old system, and we couldn't gain access to any of our TV's and he was able to help us set up a new apple account and connect all of our TV's to Apple TV's. Any problem or issue that we presented was solved immediately. We can't thank Zack enough for all of his help! Amazing customer service--we will definitely use them again in the future.

I asked them to upgrade my home wi-fi network (which was a complicated setup, with multiple rooms, multiple devices). They were very responsive, thorough, on-budget and on time - and my network now has speeds of over 200mbps throughout the house.

Global Wave Integration saved our system and made us very happy! We installed a large scale Crestron system 7 years ago and were plagued with problems to the point where my family didn't dare turn on the audio or a TV. We were ready to rip our system out and start over! We met Johnny and Kyle and they evaluated our system and then ultimately made a recommendation to use as much as our old system as possible but to re-program certain errors from our prior provider and to replace certain limited areas with new equipment that made cost sense. Three months later, we lover our system! Lighting! Audio! TVs! Pool! Cameras! Theater - we are enjoying the broad capabilities of an integrated home automation system. Global Wave is committed to getting projects right - they don't give up! Customer service was responsive - I highly recommend them!

Kyle, Ryan and the team at GWI have done an amazing job with the integration of single family residence in Beverly Hills. We interviewed and received bids from 3 companies over a 6 month period. After all the research I made the right decision. Kyle was very patient and answered all of my questions and various changes to the layout. We met several times in person to hash things out. Once the work started the GWI team was very professional, efficient and on-time. And last but not least Ryan has been a true pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and like the rest of the crew is dedicated to getting the project completed successfully. My wife and the kids and I consider him a friend. I had used another firm to build a home theatre in my man cave and was very unhappy about service and the price. I was recommended to Kyle and he and his team were first class. Did a very large whole house integration with another theatre. Could not recommend them enough!!!

wow, mike and zack came to our house to help us implement a sound system for the house. mike came first to talk with us a week or so before. we were so happy to talk to him. he really understood us and what we needed and in turn helped us understand everything as we are pretty hopeless re technology. the day arrived and the two of them worked hard and were kind and thoughtful about our home, and hooked us up with the loveliest and most amazing set up. we could not be happier and are so grateful that we were guided to them by a friend. look no further, these guys are a huge win for anyone looking to do any version big or small..

Mike Villa installed the Savant home automation system in our house and he was incredible. There were some huge hurdles to overcome for the integration with all of our equipment but 4 days later it was up and running with one small bug that's was immediately handled. On top of that, he scheduled a time to walk all of us through the system and added a couple of improvements that were really apreciated. I cannot say enough about Mike and the incredible work he did on this project. He had a level of professional that exceeded just about anyone we have had work in our house.

I have worked with Kyle and his team of experts that are Global Wave Integration at 2 different properties in Los Angeles and I cannot recommend them enough. One project was on an exsiting home theater that needed some TLC to bring the projector picture quality up to par and the completely integrate the theaters system (including rack clean up) to a universal user friendly remote. They did just that with ease and professionalism. Another project was to install and program 3 smart TV's, with DirecTV, Apple TV and a complete wireless installation with one (1) universal remote (per TV) that can be used in house with all 3 TV's simultaneously. They did it - again with ease, professionalism and under an extremely tight timeline. I will use them again and again!! As an executive assistant to a tech savvy high profile couple, it is my job to find the best of the best. Kyle and his team do not disappoint. After 8 years of frustration, we needed a change which is when I found Global. Kyle did an analysis of our entire AV system and network. He put together a very clear and concise proposal which included a comparison of what it would take to upgrade our current system verses a change over to Savant. There were no surprises or hidden costs. We decided to make the change and go with Savant. He delivered on time, and when adjustments to the new system needed to be made, someone was on site either same day or next day. Global's customer service is second to none. They are available 24/7, have great attitudes, educate the client and don't try to over sell you. Kyle and his team are consistent, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Ryan and his team did a great job in overhauling our a/v system from a Control4 based system to Crestron. I mean from the beginning, Ryan gave me the confidence to work with him with his knowledge of a/v control, and his recommendations of what needed to be done, all the while being sensitive to my budget. I was even more impressed though from Ryan and his team's execution as they were never hesitant to put in overtime hours in order to complete the project by the agreed upon deadline. Even after job completion, Ryan was responsive and timely in fixing any bugs or other small issues that naturally come from installing a new home automation system for the first time. I will definitely be looking forward to working with Global Wave Integration in the future.

Complete audio/video installation in three rooms with speakers throughout the home. Outdoor gate entry system installed. Cameras installed. Complete internet/wifi network installed throughout home. Coordinated system start up with cable company. Coordinated complete security system installation by another company. Very thoughtful, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. The company does work to a high standard and we are very satisfied that the job was done well and that they will stand behind their work.

I had major issues with my AV system in my home due to improper install by another AV company. Global Wave provided the cure, including updated hardware and software at reasonable price and the install and followup were done on time and at the highest professional level.

With more and more of today's home audio, video, and automation being internet driven, it requires a company that has the latest knowledge in internet networking and programming of home processors and switches. Global Wave excels in this and all other fields related. Our client had an existing home system that was unpredictable with "lock ups" and a home AV processor that was very unstable. After contacting Global Wave, they came, rolled up their sleeves, and got to work starting with improving the homes internet infrastructure, then continued on to the homes processor. After resolving a kaleidoscope of problems I can definitely say we could not have found a better company to work with than Global Wave Integration.
