I would highly recommend Kyle as your interior designer on your next project! I hired Kyle to be my interior designer on a major renovation (total gut and redesign) of a 4 unit heritage building. Kyle designed the interior layouts ensuring each unit has functionality, aesthetics and flow. We hired Kyle to oversee the design of our Heritage Property located at 10 Water Street in Charlottetown. This was a complete renovation from bare stud walls to finish paint colors. It was also important to us as we were designing our future home as we are now living in one of the suites in the property. Kyle and I worked daily together with this challenging project. Kyle's attention to detail is unsurpassed and his commitment to the project was beyond our expectations. During the height of the project we would be communicating many times throughout the day and it was never an issue. Kyle's professionalism and his personal approach is a combination that we truly appreciated. Now that the project is mostly completed we are happy to call Kyle our friend. Kyle Timothy Blood is one of the most talented designers I have worked with, balancing both right and left brain capabilities. I have not only had the good fortune to publish his work in the magazines I have been the editor of but he was also the Design Director of our Idea House and went above and beyond in overseeing the day-to-day problem solving issues while be extremely creative. His expertise, always being ahead of the curve in his knowledge as well as thinking outside of the box for design solutions made him a joy to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle on the renovation of the kitchen and diningroom in my 100 year old home in Gravenhurst, Ontario, Canada, and I now whisper "thank you so much" each time I stand in the midst of the heart of my home - my beautiful and efficient open concept kitchen and dining space. Kyle had a lovely diplomatic way of nudging me in the direction he knew we needed to go, and I am forever thankful for it. His vision was exactly what my home needed, and many have commented that my newly renovated space has changed the entire "feel" of this old house. What was once tired and sad has been elevated to fresh and very happy indeed! The process of renovating a century old home can be overwhelming to say the least, but Kyle's management of the process and my questions and concerns was remarkable. Although ecstatic with the finished project, I was sorry to see it end. I miss Kyle!

Kyle of Kyle Timothy Home is an example of a true design professional. I had the pleasure of collaborating with him from the pre-construction phase through final FFE of a beautiful NYC penthouse. As the project manager on the construction side, I could not have asked for a better partner. Highly organized and proactive, my team was never waiting on any design decision or drawing review. Kyle was always one step ahead and extremely innovative in overcoming unforeseen obstacles. We have been exposed to many design schemes and quite honestly were extremely impressed with the final outcome. The design was gorgeous but with a HIGH level of focus to the owners nuanced needs, which Kyle made his primary focus. It has a place among our finest collaborative projects and all credit goes solely to Kyle! We look forward to working with him again.

I started what I thought was going to be a renovation however, it really has turned out to be a rebuild . With out the consolation or assistance from Kyle I would have been completely lost. Instead of a worry some project with Kyle's professional guidance, understanding and most of all professional manor this major project has been flawless ,the end result will be stunning.
