This year, Kyle assisted in the design of the 2024 YMCA Lake County Dream House. She was an integral part of our team and contributed significantly to the overall success and beauty of the home. After researching local designers, in 2023 we retained Kyle L. Baker Interiors LLC for some decorating help in making our new home our own. Now. almost a year and a half and several projects later, we have maintained a close working relationship with Kyle. Her years of experience have consistently proven invaluable to our ongoing redecorating and remodeling projects. She has always been timely and professional in responding to our interior design needs. Most importantly, she is creative, decisive and easy and fun to work with. Initially Kyle developed a floor plan for the great room in our new home. The plan became the basis for how to incorporate our existing furniture pieces and served as a guide in purchasing new complementary pieces. Kyle was also instrumental in every step of our kitchen remodel, including her creative suggestion to repurpose an underutilized space into a new butlers pantry! In all these projects, Kyle’s specific recommendations and detailed CAD plans have been right on target! Kyle helped us with choosing new floors and paint for nearly our entire home. She had the extra challenge of working with us while we were living out of the country! It was a unique situation, and we are so glad that we found her to help us. She was fantastic to work with, communicated well, and ultimately made beautiful choices. She also coordinated with all of the vendors and ensured that the projects were completed in a timely manner, allowing us to return to an updated home! Kyle was a tremendous asset to our project! We hired Kyle to help with our custom build. We asked her to design a basement that included: a playroom, a bar/kitchen space, an eating area, a home office, a gym, a bathroom, storage, closet space and no visible poles. She delivered and it flows even better than we could imagine. Kyle is professional and on time, she finishes projects on or before deadlines. Kyle was of great assistance when we built our first home - start to finish. With her guidance, eye to detail, and strong knowledge of the construction process we were able to achieve the desires of our dream home while working within the guidelines of our builder. She generated and provided furniture layout options, attended all meetings with respective trades, and assisted with all finish, furnishing, and lighting selections. After the construction of our home we have continued to work with her as we complete our outdoor living area and lower level. Kyle always has our best interest in mind.
