Knowledgeable, professional and great customer service. Kelly and team helped me track down lighting just from photos and recommended products best suited for coastal living. In addition, customized shades and rewire of our 1930's refurbished fixtures-The only place for lighting!!

Lamp and Shade acknowledged receipt of my return of unused Waterford flush mount bases (one box was not even opened, the other opened to see the size was too big, and both in perfect condition.) It has now been 7 weeks since acknowledgment of receipt of the return and I have not received the refund promised.

Since these were replacement parts and are normally not returnable, approval from the manufacturer was needed prior to us issuing you credit. The parts were sent to our location and then had to be returned via Federal Express to the manufacturer. Once the approval was received from the manufacturer your credit was issued.
