AAA Landscape is without question the most cost effective, professional, and collaborative landscaping team. I worked with Dave on my new home with landscape, hardscape, and lightening. They went above and beyond on every detail customizing my decks, fruit trees, plants, irrigation, and little tasks that just needed some TLC. Honest, strait forward, and completed the project on time and within budget. 100% I would use them on my next home.

We had a big backyard that we couldn’t spend any time in because of the weeds, cracked concrete, rotten fruit trees, breaking down fence and retaining wall....etc. We knew there was potential but didn’t have any idea of what to do or where to start. David’s team gave us a design we fell in love with at first sight. From design, to demo, to construction, we were confident and happy with each step. David walked us through every decision, helped us pick out colors and stones and plants…etc. He was always easy to get a hold of and worked with us and our budget. The crew was trustworthy and I was never uncomfortable having them on the property (and I was there all the time as a stay at home mom with three small girls.) It was a huge, long project. We ended up with a massive patio cover with 88 lights, a built in bbq with a huge counter for preparing and serving food, a pizza oven, a beautiful built in fire pit with a lit arbor, artificial turf and an in-ground trampoline for the kids, and colorful plants with garden lights. The design maximized space, function, and features. Everyone who sees asks for our contractor’s information. We literally have no complaints about the product or process. Our backyard is perfect thanks to AAA Landscape Specialists. Can’t wait to do the front!

We had many bids for our backyard renovation and decided to go with AAA. They were great to work with and very thorough. They kept us informed and involved each step of the way and helped transform our space into a place that our children can enjoy for years to come. Amazing!! That is the first word that comes to me after the completion of my backyard by AAA Landscape Specialists. From the pavers, to the landscaping, stone wrap, water feature and the lighting, everything looks absolutely beautiful. David is great to work with and has a lot of patience for someone like me. Luis and all of his crew were hard working and are all about the detail and finished project. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. I have used AAA landscaping multiple times over the last few years, including a full front yard revision, driveway with pavers, back, front, and side yard border walls and retaining walls, patio with a drop in pit for a large hot tub, front yard entry stairs, railings and the finishing touches with planting/landscaping. Among other things I am probably forgetting, they have done some much work for me. This company has completely transformed the look and feel of my home, the quality of the work is outstanding, and the owner and staff are all highly professional. I highly recommend this company.

AAA built a beautiful patio for us. The workers were all professional and kept a clean environment. I am so happy with the workmanship. David committed to a completion date (not counting the time it took to get a custom front gate) and came in right on time. Price was competitive and project did not vary from original quote.

We did a complete remodel of back-yard and front-yard, including a built-in spa and fire-pit. The end results are beautiful. This team has a good sense of design and attention to detail. The work crews were respectful and kept the work-sites tidy. The project took longer than expected, but much of that was issues with city permitting process. The project stayed on budget. We highly recommend Dave and team for landscape work.

Deciding to redo our patio, walkways and plantings was a huge decision and we are so glad we chose David Silver and his team. They were always easy to reach and approached the project with extensive knowledge and experience. From design, demolition, paver installation, plantings, lighting, to completion, we were so happy with the results. We found AAA Landscape Specialists after interviewing several other companies that could not do everything we wanted. It was a great decision to hire them. Their workers are steady and reliable, and were able to do accomplish the look and feel we were after. Our project was very large and included design work, lots of intricate masonry including tile work, pavers, walls, and stone as well as extensive irrigation, drainage to meet Encinitas's difficult standards, planting, lighting and everything else required to make our home truly spectacular. We recommend this company for large and complex projects as well as for reliability and precision in getting even the smaller tasks done properly.

Hired David and his crew to install a new decorative concrete patio at my house. Workmanship exceeded my expectations and the crew was clean and fast. Good communication and easy to work with. I will be using them again when I get to the next phase of the project.
