My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lands End Development is a unique custom home building company. Based out of Crosslake, Minnesota our one-of-a-kind projects are located throughout Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin. We bring unique talent and enthusiasm to every phase of a project. We promote timeless design and exquisite craftsmanship in a wide range of architectural styles. Our budget minded approach has allowed us to bring tremendous value to our clients on both small and large projects, while still maintaining the highest degree of architectural integrity. Our services include design/build custom homes, additions and renovations, general contracting, and complete building services.

I had been dreaming of building my Lake Home for 20+ years; and when I finally chose Lands End Development, after seeing several of their homes on the Brainerd Lakes Home Tour, I knew I had the right builders. Their attention to detail is really incredible and they were careful to listen to all of my wants and needs and how much I could afford to spend. In the end, they were able to create my Dream Home perfectly. And, they are super nice people too; easy to work with, and they make you feel like your project is their only project. It was a great experience and I wish that I could do it all over again!

This company is a dream to work with! We have had them do two major projects for us. The entire team is always available and go the extra mile for you. The design work, the ideas, and suggestions were spot on, they really took the time to listen and design what we wanted. No hesitation in recommending them for any of your design work, remodeling or new build jobs, big or small!

We hired this company for a design/build lake home project. Every aspect for the design and building process has exceeded our expectations. Land's End is a great contractor for your home building or remodeling project. Extremely conscientious, with a high attention to detail. Unlike some contractors, Land's End is very schedule driven, and manages their subcontractors to deliver a quality on-time result.
