Lane Building Design built us a beautiful Cape Cod style home. And over the last Fifteen years they have stood by their work. Their workmanship is exquisite, they take my phone call right away and even after 15 years, my home looks timeless. I would hire Lane Building Design again in a minute!

Great Design + Great Supervising + Great Subs = Happy Homeowners! Lane Building Design did an awesome job remodeling our old kitchen/dining area (circa 1960's), bringing life and light into an antiquated crowded space. We found Gary, Trey and their crew easy to work with. They provided creative solutions to problems and met our expectations. We lived in the house while we remodeled and Gary Lane (owner) went out of his way to try to keep the disruption of our lives to a minimum. We are happy with the quality of their workmanship and professionalism from the Lane Team. We are truly beyond happy with our new kitchen!

I have just read the review provided by tarinbross and could not disagree more with that review. My husband and I have been developing residential real estate in the South Bay for over 20 years. We have worked with Gary Lane and Lane Design Build in the design, build, and remodel of our residential developments during those years. Gary and his team of construction professionals offer an excellent home design, exceptional construction, with beautiful interior finishes and esthetics. Their work is conducted in a very professional manner and the supervisors that we have worked with, in particular Tre, have been nothing but professional and extremely capable construction experts. Gary Lane is a true artist and visionary. He has the innate ability to take an empty lot and create beauty and grace with the structure that he conceives and designs for the space. Similarly, he can envision and construct a new interior for any remodel project. Remodels, which are much more difficult than new construction, are done with the owner's needs for either additional space or redesigned space in mind. Gary has assembled a team of professionals, his supervisors and sub-contractors, who have always been excellent at what they do including in the manner in which they do it. You should not hesitate contracting with Lane Build Design. Not only will you have a great experience working with a great team of professionals, but the end result will be a residence that you will love to come home to and love to live in.

I am currently working with Lane Design + Build for the third time. They remodeled my home over ten years ago adding a second story. About two and half years ago they did some renovation / remodel when I moved into my new home. They just started another project on the same house to add a master bedroom and bathroom. I have always found them easy to work with and very responsive to my needs. The two previous project were finished on time and exceeded expectations, they are always clear on communication and there were never any surprises. All of the sub contractors were very personable and easy to work with. I worked with many of them on previous jobs so it makes it easy when they come back to work on new projects. The results have always been great with many compliments from the neighbors!

I have had nothing but positive experiences working with company (3 times). Designs have always been great and other aspects have been most professional.

I am the architectural photographer who shot a couple of Lane Design + Build projects in the South Bay. Gary was a pleasure to work with, and always very friendly. My photo shoots for him were always enjoyable because his projects have gorgeous details, and it is very easy for me to find interesting compositions to capture, at every turn. It also doesn't hurt that I wouldn't mind living in all of the houses I've shot for him!
