We hired Mandy Lark to help design our new build. The interior was a modern Colorado lodge/farmhouse. In short, Mandy is amazing! She is a talented designer who takes into account budget, family needs (e.g. durability), practicality, and return on investment. We are a two profession household and did not have a lot of time to squander in the design process. Mandy was very organized, responsive to emails/text, and on time for meetings and deadlines. Mandy by far is the best designer we have worked with and we will certainly work with her again. She has made our house into this gorgeous home that is like a paradise to come home to after a long day of work.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mandy for my new build! She was extremely professional and provided so much great insight, suggestions, and renderings for my new home. We retained Lark Interiors to redesign several rooms in our home including two offices, the master bedroom and home gym. Mandy Lark personally designed the new spaces, procured the materials, furniture and accessories as well as supervised installation. She worked with the elements we wanted to keep in each space and was also budget conscious. One office and the master bedroom are now complete and they both exceeded our expectations. Our master bedroom in particular is absolutely spectacular!!! We simply love it. It has been a real pleasure working with Lark Interior Design. We would highly recommend them for your next interior design project.

Mandy has been a HUGE help to me during a move into a new (to me) condo. Mandy is very warm, yet professional. She acknowledges your style and doesn't try to push "her" taste on you. She's helped me stay on a budget as we've painted a whole house, replaced all the flooring, purchased area rugs, lighting, and window treatments and assisted me with accessories. She's been very generous with her time but not "overly involved". She has a wide range of resources: painters, flooring suppliers, upholsterers, drapery sources, and other window covering sources. I'm so happy with the results that she's currently helping me remodel the kitchen and bathroom. We haven't started demolition/construction, yet, but so far the experience has been exceptional. She knows how to gently nudge, but listens to preferences and dislikes. She's absolutely a dream to work with. I'm really happy with the way she puts the "finishing touches" on projects. The painting/flooring/window selections as well as the kitchen/bath selections have been really affordable yet unique and "me". I don't think you'll be disappointed if you choose Lark Interior Design (but wait till my project is finished? ;0 ) PS: the cost of the project below is the total cost of the projects, not the fee for Lark Interior Design.

I can't say enough good things about Lark Interior Design. The entire process was enjoyable and our family room turned out better than we could have ever imagined. It is truly stunning yet still fits our life with two small kids. We started with almost nothing and now have a fully furnished and decorated space - from furniture, window treatments, art, pillows and paint, Mandy does it all. She really listens to your needs, likes and dislikes and then designs a room that is beyond anything you could do yourself all while staying within your budget. Not only that, but Mandy does it with such patience and genuine care to create a room you'll love. I’ve recommended Lark Interior Design to several family members and friends who used Mandy and they all said the same thing – she's the best! We are looking forward to working with Mandy even more in the future as we complete the other rooms in our house.

Mandy helped me design my great room. She helped me select everything from 20 plus feet drapes and hardware, stain resistant but elegant sofas, matching pillows and stools as well as a large entertainment center. She spent a lot of time selecting fabrics that would stand up to guests and my young family while still fitting the style of my home. She paid great attention to detail, the room layout and the specific size of pieces that would compliment the space. She was a pleasure to work with. I truly enjoyed the process of designing with her. The room turned out better than I could have imagined.

Mandy was hired for a laundry room and bathroom remodel. She began with a completely unfinished space and created an ideal laundry room and a beautiful bathroom. Her layout of both spaces was superb and maximized space and functionality providing me with all my wishlist items. I could not be happier with the end product. I have lived with both spaces for approximately 6 months now, and love them both. Mandy did a great job walking me through my first remodel project. She assisted in obtaining quotes from contractors, presented different options of materials to use, and helped me finalize the overall look. She was easy to work with, returned calls quickly, responded to my questions, and addressed my concerns.

We had our great room redecorated/refurnished in the last few months. It was so easy to do with the guidance of Mandy Lark. Mandy was able to create a whole new look that worked within the existing flow/design of our house. Mandy then worked with my 15 year old daughter to create a room that was fun but neutral. A room that we can use for guests when our daughter heads off to college. Mandy took care of all the details of delivery, installation and clean up. A geat experience. We'll use Lark Interior Design again!
