This is a Great and the most reliable contruction company I experienced . As a Business Owner I always look for Wow!!!! Factor. And with their really Fine line eye for detail Larry and his team bought out Wow for all of my return customers as soon as they step in to my Grocery and Restaurant. I would Definitely hire them again and again for all my future Projects. Truly a pleasure and total satisfaction working with fine line wish you all the best and thank you.

Thoroughly satisfied with the work done on my home. I had approx 30 rafters in my roof slip out of pocket from the party wall. These are the original rafters that the house was built with nearly 100 yrs ago. The rafters needed to be sistered and reattached, along with some meaningful brick masonry work where the rafters meet the party wall. This job required a very experienced roofer/carpenter/contractor to properly complete the work that my structural engineer recommended. Before settling on Larry and his team, I went through numerous contractors that were either no shows or admitted to not having the expertise needed to complete the job. Ultimately the structural engineer I hired referred me to Larry and I could not be more pleased. Larry, Joe, and Dan aka Poncho were extremely professional from beginning to ended. The work took a little more than a week to complete and the crew was on time each and everyday. This was a pretty messy job, but the crew was sure to clean up after themselves. Larry worked hand and glove with my structural engineer to ensure everything was done according to plan. Larry also coordinated well with the City's License and Inspection dept to ensure all work was done with the proper permits and in accordance with building codes. I can't thank Larry enough for the job done and look forward to working with him again as we continue rehab this old house.

Larry and his team were excellent and very friendly. Had some repair work to walls/ceilings that included painting. Larry came over and assessed the situation and provided us with an estimate before starting the work. Once agreed they showed up on time, did good work with little mess, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was completed to our satisfaction at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Larry and his crew to others – we will be using them for other work shortly.

Larry and his team were great. They gave a realistic quote for both time and price of our basement renovation, and were flexible for design and material changes as the project progressed. We actually signed them on for another project immediately after they finished our basement to help renovate for a nursery, which also went really well. We are supremely happy with the end result of both projects and couldn't recommend them enough.

The finished product counts, but the process and collaboration matter too. Larry and his team excel on both fronts. We look forward to working with LLM again.

Larry and team are terrific. Fair and forthright on pricing. Neat and respectful of the property, my time and my insistence that all details, small and/or aesthetic included, are addressed. Work done on our home includes cedar panels in a closet, adding support structures in the basement and addressing exterior issues. Will contact LLM Fine Line first as additional projects come up. This is an older home in a historic district.

I'll cut to the chase ... Joanne and I would hire LLM Fine Line again in a heartbeat. This was no small project. We basically took a 1980ish Philadelphia townhouse down to the brick walls, completely redid the entire interior, added a rooftop with pilot house and pushed out the master bedroom onto a small balcony. All the windows, the HVAC and bathrooms were redone. Very little of the original remains. It is possible that another firm might have been able to do this but we chose Larry and company because of their decades worth of experience doing just this type of work in the Philadelphia market. It wasn't an easy task yet it was perversely a pleasure to work with these professionals. Followup has been terrific since we moved in during October 2016. We love our new home, our new neighborhood and feel that we have made friends with the Falascas. We recommend LLM without hesitation or reservation.

I've used Fine Line for 4 of my properties. Ranging from a full renovation to drywall repair. Most recently they helped to re-imagine the kitchen in my Bucks County home. I can not say enough great things about Larry and Joe. They are dependable, flexible and trustworthy. Most importantly, they are skilled craftsmen. Larry and Joe came through for us once again. We hired them to remodel a 2 story apartment. They did a very nice job. We are very happy with how it tuned out.
