Dennis is experienced, honest and shows a keen interest in pleasing his customer. He has an almost unbelievable knowledge of the furniture business which was great for me for I needed a new sofa that would enhance and go with my existing furniture. Dennis went above and beyond what one would expect. Before, I went to his store to see his sofas, he came to the house to see my other furniture and furnishings and then, after I chose a sofa, he came back after the sofa was delivered to give me some free decorating tips. Of course, he wants to make a profit, but I truly believe his desire to please the customer as well as deliver quality merchandise ranks very close to his desire to make a profit. I feel that I've found a new friend.
