Ledge Lounger

I can’t even begin to tell you how pleased I am with both my products and the customer service. Jaime (Sensitive Information Hidden), sales rep, went absolutely out of her way to make sure our purchase went smoothly and responded to each email promptly. We purchased some chaise’s and tables for ours and our mother in laws pools and we’re both so happy with the quality of the product. Will definitely purchase more products from Ledge Loungers in the future.

BEWARE - If you have a pool cover and need to keep your cover closed when not in use, the Signature Chaise loungers are EXTREMELY heavy and not conducive to constant moving each time the cover is closed. Also, if you are purchasing this with the risers, the chairs do not seat well on the risers and the chair slips off the riser. A definite design flaw. Ledge Lounger has a very expensive return policy if you are dissatisfied with these. They will charge shipping back (which is totally understandable) plus a 15% restocking fee, so in our case since we ordered 4 of these, we were hit with $1,000 just to return them. I would seek out Kai Shelf Loungers through Floating Luxuries. They only charge shipping to return and don't hassle you over why you want to return. If you purchase these you need to be prepared to be stuck with them unless you want to be charged exorbitant fees to return. I did ask Ledge Loungers if they would consider an in store credit in return and pay for shipping to return and they declined. As a consumer I don't like to be stuck with product that doesn't work for us, especially for something that wasn't understood disclosed (how heavy they are or lackluster the seating of the risers were). So we will sell these private party rather than ship them back and allow them to re-sell them and make more money. We will not do business with them again nor recommend them. The only thing they have going for them is Lauren who was our account rep and she did try to help us figure out an alternative, unfortunately it didn't work. Lauren was wonderful!

We purchased two Signature Deep Chaise loungers for our baja shelf. They came quickly but the packaging was terribly broken up. Anyway, they are super uncomfortable! Especially if you are under 6' tall. There is a very large curve where your knees go and it just doesn't work for shorter people (I'm 5'4"). The regular chaise may work better. We returned both chaises. We were required to pay a 15% restocking fee and another $250 shipping fee. They received the return, but never credited our credit card for the return. I've had to open up a dispute with Discover. Very disappointed in the product and the company. Do not recommend!

The furniture is ok. First, expect that it may arrive with damage because they pack it with very little care. Also, they will send you emails that say don't worry if the packing slip says 2 and you got 1, the other is coming. This is not necessarily true so you need to follow up. When you follow up, email is a waste of time, they will never, ever answer. When you call, some people are helpful but others are downright rude. The lead times are way off, add a month at least. Call, call, call. It's amazing how after you call, suddenly the item appears in stock, btw. They do not do exchanges and if you need to return, expect to pay 15% restock plus shipping. I would try to buy this stuff at a pool store if possible or use another brand. Total headache to deal with this company for overpriced plastic.

Placed order in March, still not delivered. Multiple emails sent and they either don’t respond or give you a run-around. Fraudulent company

Awful! They take your $$ and never deliver, order placed 6 months ago they have my $$ I have nothing this company is a scam! Order from a reputable co and save the frustration!

We have been selling or recomending ledge lounger to our clients for a few years. We have received great feedback! They look very nice and are very comfortable!

We purchased five Ledge Loungers in the royal blue color. Initially they were beautiful. However, they have become incredibly scratched and unsightly in a very short period of time. Individuals have discovered that they float and drag them all over the pool. Due to their weight they are not easy to move hence the scratches and unsightly appearance.

For any client asking for a sun bench large enough for lounge chairs, I will point them to the ledge lounger website. Their staff has great follow up & good pricing. Love the new additions to the furniture & will continue to use in the future.
