As a Mortgage Loan Officer I have had the pleasure of working with Legacy Builder's and their clients for their Construction Perm financing needs. The entire team is professional and a pleasure to work with. From Pam to Matt to John, they provide solid communication throughout the entire project and they understand the need to be flexible and to deliver realistic expectations. We have been installing Garage Doors for Legacy Builders for many years. from standard doors to custom built Carriage House Doors. The homes that they build are very top quality and they do not cut corners. The staff at Legacy are very polite and professional ant time I have called there. We have met with many of the homeowners after they have moved into their new home to show them their maintenance on the doors and they all had nothing but good to say about Legacy builders. Would I recommend Legacy to other customers ? Yes I would.

Commented: Love the exterior paint colors!! What are they? (main and trim color)Thanks! The siding is Sherwin Williams #9170 Acier, the shake is Ben Moore Cape May Cobblestone and the trim is BM Decorator's White.
