After discovering a pesky leak in our ceiling over the extreme rains we had had for almost 6 weeks, I unfortunately needed to get my roof repaired. I was referred by a friend in the home improvement industry to David, who is the owner of Legacy Exteriors. He was available to inspect the leak within 1 day and went right to work the next day for us. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He was able to locate another spot located higher up on the same side that would have caused more problems and fixed that as well. Everything looks great and the there was no mess left behind. The price was definitly reasonable and I am happy I was directed his way for this repair. He even sent me pictures along the way to keep me up to date on his progress. I respect the value of finding another contractor that's good in their field of work. His business is located in Kirkland and I would recommend his services for the area.

Sharing my experience in case it helps someone else. We’ve got a flat roof section that’s only a few years old and technically still under warranty. When it started leaking, the original installer came out, glanced at it, and insisted everything was “fine.” Meanwhile, the leak kept getting worse, so clearly something wasn’t fine at all. A neighbor recommended David, so I reached out. He came by, took one look, and immediately pointed out the issue . He walked me through what was going on, showed me the exact spot causing the problem, and fixed it right then and there. What really stood out was the cost. He only charged a small amount, honestly way less than I expected. The repair has held up perfectly since. I’m really glad I called him.

I recently had my roof done by them/ David, and was asked to honestly review the work done. It was a professional process all the way through. The price I was quoted in the beginning was what the bill was at the end. There was never a huge mess and when they left, there was nothing I had to clean up myself. The quality of work looks good and the roof looks nice as well. Communication was great and he answered all my questions. No issues and I would use him again.
