We were tired of retrofitting to our existing audio/visual/IT system and wanted to build a robust, stable system. The professionals at Lelch Audio did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, courteous and diligent during all phases of the project. It was an enjoyable and efficient process. Great communication throughout!

Initially I called just to get some simple information about prewiring. Alex took the time to speak with me for about an hour, reviewing possibilities for project design and what Lelch could provide. Once the build process started, Lelch was always extremely reliable and professional. When problems came up, they always worked till they were able to address the issue with a good solution. Highly recommend without reservation for your home automation needs.

My experience with Lelch has been outstanding in all the phases I have worked with them. From the initial bid where they clearly itemized everything (one major competitor refused to do that), to their clear explanations of the options. I never felt pressured to be "sold up" to things I didn't need. The install was well coordinated and done on-time. They worked with my schedule to complete the training, and took the time to get things done right. I never felt the rush of the tech needing to get to the next job. Since the installation, like any system there are tweaks that are needed. I have found their responsiveness to amazing. I have spoken to techs over the phone, via chat, and through email. They have fixed problems either remotely, in-person, or walked me through the steps. I work in customer service so I have a very high standard, and honestly I can tell you that everyone I have worked with at Lelch is top notch. I would highly recommend them.

We tend to hold professionals to a reasonable, but high standard when working on our home. For this reason, we tend to not give out high recommendations very often. Lelch has delivered over and over though. The completed AV work in our remodeled basement in 2015, including wiring, component set-up, ceiling mounted speakers, mounted TV and greatly improved wifi. In 2016, they mounted a TV on our porch and wired in speakers (now we have Sonos music virtually throughout the house! Love it!). I just got a call from them out of the blue in mid-2017 checking in to see how everything was going. As it happens, I'd been having a little trouble with a universal remote that was part of the work done in 2015. They offered to come out within a week to fix/replace it. Again, I can't say enough good things about how professional, courteous and easy to work with they've all been. I'd highly recommend them for any AV work and will surely use them again.

We had Lelch install state of the art Wifi in our "new" 100 year old house so that we had solid signals on all three floors plus the basement. They also reprogrammed the Theater TV and sound system and the 12 room SONOS system that came with the house, and upgraded the security system to be "smart." Excellent work and great support. You will not be disappointed by selecting Lelch for your project.

Lelch installed a home theater system in our basement. They helped us pick out the right equipment for our available space that also fit out budget. Their installation team was incredibly professional and did an outstanding job. The system looks like it was installed when the house was built! In addition, the Team at Lelch has made it clear that they are available to provide any needed support or to answer any questions as we start to use the system.
