In 2012 we completed a show villa project in coordination with Etcetera to provide us with a design interior package. The villa was a shell and core and we were given task by our client to convert the villa into contemporary modern style villa complete with interior design finishes within 4 months time. During that time, Etcetera demonstrated a strong design flair and good team work spirit which enable them to create a modern and contemporary space and also came up with a creative solution that not only kept costs down, but also helped creating a timeless look. Furthermore, Etcetera's team worked effectively with our team of architects, contractor and subcontractors and always making time to be available to get the job done efficiently and professionally.

Etcetera have carried out the Interior Design of our Showcase villa in 'The Reserve' precinct of our development and also the award winning restaurant 'The Farm'. It is an understatement that Etcetera's work has taken interior design to a higher level in this region and beyond. The owner, Lesley Zaal has got impeccable taste when it comes to choosing inteiror furniture, fixtures and fitting combinations and also the colour schemes in which to pitch them. Every visitor is literally blown away with the high quality and originality that has been created and people travel from afar to experience the relaxing mood that has been created at 'The Farm'. In my capacity, I can only say that the company has proven to be very co-operative and easy to work with whilst still delivering to very challenging deadlines. In the end, the quality of their work speaks for itself.

This the second project i am hiring this company for. The first was a residential project 4 years ago and the design, quality and after sales service was excellent . Thereafter they have just completed an office for me, and once again excellent design, service and consultation.

Lesley is passionate dedicated, someone who truly understands and very professional in her work. She is totally focused not only creating beautiful designs but also in corporates family lifestyle into the design and makes the room functional. Her ideas are very clear, bright, inspiring and allows you to visualize the spaces that she be creating for you.
