My wife and I chose Tracy after having identified house styles that we loved around the area where we had bought our sloping plot of land, and discovered that she had been the architect for all of them!We met her and were instantly impressed with her professionalism and listening skills. We wanted a New Zealand-inspired house with indoor outdoor flow and liked the mono pitch roof style.Tracy's first sketch confirmed our hunch that she was the architect for us and when she produced our renders we were blown away by how closely it matched to our vision.During the construction process, Tracy was on site every week to liaise with our builder to resolve all onsite any issues.The final result was a breathtakingly beautiful home with incredible views which exceeded our wildest dreams.We can't recommend Tracy highly enough for her professionalism, vision, sense of space and her understanding of how to weave the building into the natural slope and aspect of the land to create a living space that is at once practical, comfortable and visually stunning.
