The instant we met Karen HZ, she was a breath of fresh air! She had ALL of the qualities we wanted in a designer: Knowledgeable. Friendly. Artistic flair, Professional. Helpful. Enthusiastic. Downsizing from a 2,600 to a 1,100 square foot home was daunting. She has a keen eye for arranging the furniture we all ready had- excitedly moving pieces herself, placing them as she saw the vision in her head- Her ideas were often out of the box,” in ways my husband and I never thought of. She helped us decide what was to stay & what needed to go & hand drew our new plan. She was always accessible and got back to us promptly when questions arose. She also set up an online shopping cart of rugs, coffee tables and accent pieces that we could choose from. Her experience in the design for the home was top notch and she possesses keen insight & instinct. Very easy and flexible to work with. Made the process easy and did a really nice job on the staging it self. After the sale they got their stuff out of there right away. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to sell their house.
