The team at LevelQ at the most professional and talented contractors that we have ever met. Ehab and his team renovated our kitchen, and we wanted him to do our ensuite bathroom as well. Ehab has the education and the most up to date design software to show exactly how the finished project will look. Communication and patience throughout the project are excellent with all team members. Ehab is very easy to work with and responds to questions and concerns at all times. Highest quality and most up to date materials are used as well as the most up to date design ideas. The cost is average and well worth the peace of mind knowing that the project will be completed to the highest standards.

Conscientious, capable, careful, clean… Level Q is THE BEST!! This is the second time we’ve had the privilege – yes privilege – to engage the Level Q team – this time to renovate two bathrooms and the laundry room in our new home. To say we’re BEYOND delighted with the finished spaces is an understatement. We wouldn’t have anyone else! Ehab’s team showed up when they said they would, managed project scope - and our budget - effectively, and kept the mess that comes with any renovation to a minimum. Worked with Ehab for a large front of house renovation. Demolition & rebuild of an existing balcony with the addition of a new roof over it. Brand new porch & roof. Converting a 2 door garage into a 1 door. All new siding. New windows & doors. Upgrade to a 200 amp panel to facilitate the installation of an EV charger in the garage. Crew was great to work with, Ehab is communicative and quick to respond & follow up on any outstanding issues. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

We are thrilled with the main floor renovation that Level Q completed in our home. Their communication was excellent and they gave us great advice on ways to maximize our small space and improve the design and function. The overall workmanship was meticulous and we found the whole crew to be very considerate of our space as we lived in the home for part of the Reno. Ehab and his father did our main floor, kitchen and powder room. The minute Ehab came to the house I knew he wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He had ideas I hadn’t thought of and his approach to the project was done professionally and with detailed estimates that he came in on. I paid what was quoted and the job was done amazingly. Also, just nice people. Have had a couple of items that were left to do weeks later and they showed up the next day as soon as I let them know we had the parts. Highly recommend. You can trust these guys.

Bathroom Reno. Excellent quality of work. This is a company that will do what they promise. Were here when they said they would be, protected the surrounding area and give us an impressive quote which clearly outlined the scope of the work.

It took me three years to complete this project, only because I was very hesitant and unsure about who to hire given all of the horror stories I have read about contractors. Level Q was recommended to me by someone who had just completed a renovation and when I saw the amazing results, I did not hesitate to give Ehab a call. From our initial in-home meeting, Ehab was very professional, he gave thoughtful ideas about what we could/couldn't do and I immediately felt like going with Level Q was the right, and long overdue decision. I did not feel rushed to make decisions, Ehab was very patient with the process always taking the time to answer any questions or give suggestions I sought. From day one when the job started, the crew (primarily Nasser and Jimmy, but all of the subcontractors) were absolutely amazing! The quality and care they put into their work like they were renovating their own home, only reconfirmed I had made the right decision. When you have a crew in your home all day, every day, for several weeks at a time, you want to know you can trust the people! Trust I did! I had no concerns about leaving them alone when I had to be away from the home. The end result, I was absolutely blown away! The quality and workmanship is second to none and you can be assured, I have found my renovation contractor for years and years to come! We could not be happier with our decision to use Level Q to renovate our primary ensuite. Ehab did a fantastic job reimagining the space. He created a thoughtful design that incorporated exactly what we asked for, as well as offered suggestions that improved the functionality and layout. He was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or change. He brought in very skilled tradesmen who delivered high quality work. Our new bathroom is not only beautiful but also provides us with peace of mind that it will stand the test of time.

Level Q did an amazing job! We started off with a kitchen renovation, opening it up to the TV room by bringing down a load bearing wall and towards the end of the project we decided to renovate the full first floor. There is something to be said about their work: they care. It shows in the small details, they go the extra mile without you having to ask them and that alone is why I would hire them again. They provided excellent design advice throughout the journey, and we couldn’t be happier with our first-floor transformation; it is now a dreamy space to live in. Ehab and team are awesome! We got our basement bathroom done and they have done an excellent job. They are very detail oriented, professional, and responsive. Ehab gave us detailed quote so that there are no hidden charges. Most of the contractors do whatever you ask them to do but Ehab gave us honest and professional opinion about the work we wanted to get done and saved us a lot of money and design disaster. I would definitely use them again and 100% recommend.

I brought Ehab and his team to do work in my home, prior to having Ehab come and take a look at what I needed done I brought other contractors, I must say I knew right away Ehab was the one for job right away. Now that the job was completed in the time frame he provided and the quality of work is impeccable I would definitely recommend Ehab and his team to anyone, he is very patient in explaining what is being done and he takes an approach of letting you know what would realistically work and what wouldn’t. 5 stars well worth
