Poorly built. No duct work for bathroom exhaust fans. Black mold express. Cheap cheap cheap products used. Would never buy an another home built by these guys.

We live in Green Valley West. Prior to building I asked about the catch basin that collects the water runoff. I was assured by Grande (numerous people) that upon completion of the development they would make it look “beautiful “. They would plant trees, bushes and grass and the water would drain from the basin in 72 hours as it is supposed to. In the past year and one half it has been dry for about seven days scattered out. Some of the trees are dying, most of the bushes are laying on there sides with the root ball exposed and there is very little grass to be seen. We ended up with a HUGE SWAMP. It would be difficult for me to recommend this company.

I have bought my home almost 2 years ago and I am still waiting to get my deck steps installed as promised. If you need something done good luck with Grande they don’t get things done to quickly

From the beginning to the end of the process, Grande was there to help with everything. Laura was very helpful the whole way and was on top of everything. They were quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up and provided us with an overall great experience. Building a new home has a lot of moving parts but the process with Grande was seamless.

The entire process of building a new home with Grande was great. From the initial meeting to the final walk through and closing, the process was exciting and easy. We are happy to have chosen Grande to build our home. All new constructions are going to have hiccups along the way but it was how these hiccups were handled by the Grande team that made this process an enjoyable one. They handled/addressed every issue that we brought up to them during the home building process to our satisfaction, quickly and effectively. We've been in our new home for a short amount of time and have had some minor issues come up and the Grande team has again been very prompt in addressing them. Although we never want to go through the moving process again :), we would certainly go through the home building process again with Grande.

Have you interest in mind when they build your home. They were very willing to make custom modifications throughout the process.

Although there are "cookie-cutter" floor plans to choose from, Grande allows customizing the plan to fit your needs. Laura Grande was a pleasure to work with in coordinating all activities - from customizing the floor plan, to selecting materials, and to final walk through.

Laura was excellent. She worked with our time constraints when deciding on various features of our new home. She also was very responsive to any issues or concerns we had with our new home. She also would direct us to the appropriate person(s) if she could not resolve an issue. Great communications skills.

Still waiting for one year warranty repairs (as are many neighbors) after countless attempts... Most of which were on my punch list when we bought the house that they brushed off to the one year warranty. We have had frozen pipes, no water on multiple occasions due to the water pressure valve in the basement being faulty, dented appliances and cabinets, imperfection on the Quartz island they had to remove, chipped paint, a driveway that doesn’t match up to the curb so we have to drive around the curb to get into the driveway, bugs in the windows, weeds in my grass, literally over 500 defects on my walls with chips and nail marks to name a few! Will post pics soon of the “workmanship” and I won’t even mention the basement flood details yet caused by a Grande employee filling all the cracks in my foundation that water was coming up from.

Easy to work with.Very responsive.Quality work.Never having built a new house before,I was very apprehensive.My worries were unnecessary. Every problem was resolved.A pleasure to work with.

What a truly professional company. We purchased a home a year ago and can't be happier with not only the home but the customer service that we have received throughout. Even though a new home has a 1 year checklist of any issues, Grande has always come out throughout the year to take care of any issues we have had. I would recommend a Grande home more than any other builder because of the professionalism and my great experience with them.

Building our house with the Grande team was the best experience we've ever had. We were taken care of every step of the way and were always kept in the loop. Any questions we had were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. It's been six months since our house was completed and we can honestly say we are still thrilled with our home. The team at Grande Construction treats every client like family; they truly do everything they can to make sure you get the home of your dreams.

This was the first time we built a house. I thought I would be overwhelmed because I heard that the whole process can be very stressful, but Grande Construction made the process very enjoyable. Our family loved visiting the site to see the progress of our house. The team was very professional. They worked with our crazy schedule throughout the whole process. They were also more than willing to make changes to better meet our needs and answer any and all questions we had. The contractors were also willing to meet us on site to answer our questions and concerns. The build progressed smoothly and was even finished ahead of schedule. The Grande Construction Team was always very approachable and easy to work with. We love our home and highly recommend Grande Construction.

Amazing experience to transform our dreams and plans into a beautiful home that flows from room to room with Grande extra special touches throughout. Grande engineers were able to modify existing plans to customize our floor plan into a one of a kind master bedroom and bath that my husband and I can escape to after a busy day of work, kids, and family. I love the option to pick and choose everything from beginning to end and to add individual touches.

From our well-appointed kitchen to our Sumptuous master bedroom and bath, That makes me feel as if I'm in a five star resort and spa. It's my favorite place to be after a long day. The family room with the rich warm color of the wood floor and corner fire place is inviting. Every part of our new home is perfect, with ample closets, and spacious bathrooms . Each room is airy.
