We got Kelly to do our lighting last year having had another contractor do it the year before. We wanted to wait before posting a review to see how the taking-down process went. Suffice to say, we’ve engaged Kelly and her team to do the same display again this year. We got a LOT of compliments on our house – and we live in an area with lots of beautifully decorated houses. The design process was super-easy, and Kelly got what we wanted to achieve straightaway. Her team came before Thanksgiving and put the lights in plenty of time. Her team then came again to put up the wreaths and decorate the portico, and our lights were switched on in plenty of time. I honestly can’t attest to the quality of the service team, as we had no problems at all during the 5/6 weeks our lights were up. I did notice some neighbours had some lights out occasionally (for three days in one case), but we didn’t have a failure. After Kelly’s team took the lights down, I saw how they used discreet fixings on walls and woodwork. As I said, the proof of the pudding is that we didn’t seriously think about going anywhere else for 2020 and I’d be surprised if we do in the future.
