We hired Signature Homes to remodel our home's entire first floor (kitchen, dining area, dining room, sunroom, living room, bedroom and two baths) in late 2023, completing the project in the spring of 2024. As we write this two years later, we can say that we appreciate all Linda Machmeier's design advice and the elements she incorporated - more than we'd imagined. Linda has an excellent eye for envisioning what can be, and conveyed those ideas with graphics. She maintains relationships with the best subcontractors and suppliers, who know Linda and her demanding requirements. Brock Sletner keeps the subcontractors working efficiently and ensures quality standards. Going beyond the interior remodel, Linda suggested ideas for the exterior that would help tie together the new look. Two years later, we are happy to say we love all the design and selections. Finally, the project was finished on time, and on budget. We highly recommend Signature Homes!

Signature Homes coordinated an extensive exterior renovation project for me and I am very happy with the result. They have great communication. They brought in excellent subcontractors and really took the stress/guesswork out of it to make sure that the result is high quality. Brock and Linda took spent a lot of time with me to make decisions about materials to use and to make sure some existing issues with the house were sorted out. We hired Signature Homes to build a new four season porch on the back of our house. From the very start of getting quotes for the project we could see the difference in their approach from the other estimates we received. Linda, Brock and team were very thorough to the point of having the people who would be involved in the project come to our house to help with the estimate and brain storm on the best way to handle the project. Their quote was competitive with other bids but the biggest difference was it itemized all the work that would be done so we knew what to expect and the cost of everything. Throughout the project Linda kept us informed of schedules, any changes we might want to make and if there were any changes to the cost. Overall the project was done on-time, on-budget, and the crew was great to work with. We love the way the room turned out - it wouldn't have been as nice as it is without Linda's input on the project. We did a small remodel of a room in our basement to repurpose it to a guest bedroom. Signature Homes built the home originally in 2018, so they were very familiar with the workspace. From concept to completion, the planning, execution and communication was excellent. We couldn't be more pleased! We have used Signature Homes several times over the last 6 years. Our now 20 year home has needed repairs and updates to keep it well maintained. Linda has been our "Super" for these projects! Where do I begin? I don't want you to think I am being paid for this review but I seriously can't say anything disappointing about the work. Linda is honest, conscientious, prompt, meticulous, creative, strong(physically and emotionally), current in trends, organized and is a real leader of the construction team. If there are problems that arise, quality control issues, shipping issues etc., Linda takes charge. She takes responsibility! If you have a budget, you tell Linda. She stays with it and keeps you on track if you start to get carried away. Just browse her gallery of project photos. The proof is right there. Great work. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Signature Homes, i.e. Linda for any of your home building/remodeling needs. I guess if I give such a good review I might not have her as available as I would want...Oh well, I owe her this because she deserves it.

We built a home from out of state and hired Linda, from Signature Homes as a contractor. We had an excellent experience! We met Linda and from our first meeting she understood our style which made the process so much easier. Being out of state was hard but Linda had phone conferences daily, sent progress photos and sent samples of the things we had chosen on line or at out of state store, to make sure that was what we wanted.
