Liquid Evolution Pools provided an outstanding experience throughout the selection and especially the poolscape design process. This was our first pool and John Smieszek’s meticulous attention to detail and on site management delivered a final product beyond our every expectation. Our contemporary negative edge pool/spa is spectacular! John’s experience and knowledge shined through the design process because my husband and I were not only thinking of how we would use the pool and spa today, but also many years later and how could we accommodate potential changes, such as building in the option for railing and safety for entering the pool from multiple areas. John also made some significant changes to the internal shape from the concept phase which resulted in a much more functional pool and spa while keeping true to the geometry of the house. As for the selections, which at times could have been very confusing, John helped us with various options with price points for everything such as Pebble Sheen, porcelain tile, negative edge tile, even grout! From a budget point of view there were no surprises through the project. Our changes were met with confidence and when prices changed John provided explanations and options. As far as site management goes, we can simply say that John has become the example used by our HOA on how to manage a build project in an established neighborhood. My husband and I could not be happier with our choice to have Liquid Evolution Pools design and build our pool/spa and would recommend this company highly for projects of all sizes. They are professional at all levels.

We worked closely with Liquid Evolutions in our back yard remodel and pool addition. This project was a complete transformation from what seemed like a small grassy yard with a swing set, into a stunning outdoor living room complete with outdoor kitchen, pergola structure, fire place, BBQ, fire pit, living room, dining area, pool, spa, fountain, misting system, complete with a dog run to boot. John Smieszek's custom building expertise was key to improving the architectural design sketches with practical workable solutions that did not compromise design. John's relationships with his contractors ensured the work completed was of the highest quality and timely. John's pleasant disposition and professionalism made this large project manageable and I would work with him all over again. I was extremely hands on with the design and construction of this project, and saw John nearly every day. Not many customers can say that about their builder at the end of a remodel! The finished result is an outdoor space we use nearly every day, year round, and has been featured twice in Phoenix Home and Gardens.
