My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Great experience working with Liz Caan and Sean Donovan. I had strong ideas of what I wanted and was heavily involved in design and selection, and Liz was wonderful to collaborate with. She pushed my thinking on many things, all of which were good decisions, but also was not overly-pushy. The result is just gorgeous (if I do say so!). Importantly Liz and Sean are incredibly responsive. So many times in building a new home, once you've hired someone you can't seem to get hold of them, or get them to finish the job. Liz and team were always right there, and helped to move things along. They worked really well with our contractor and others on the job. Highly recommend!

We have worked on several projects over the years for Liz and have enjoyed all of the work we've done. She always has fresh and imaginative projects for us to do and I love seeing the finished results of all of her projects because of the way she combines and layers things like a chevron striped wall with a graffiti painted dresser.
