LWID | Laura Wiedmann Interior Design is an award-winning interior design firm known for its luxury, sophistication, and timeless 'eye' in the world of design. LWID provides full-service interior design to our clients all across the United States. We pride ourselves in the fact that our clientele is all repeat and referral-based; word of mouth. We have worked on multiple homes for our treasured clients and have formed wonderful relationships along the way. Laura's goal is to bring an easy experience to the interior design process. She is a thoughtful designer who enjoys partnering with her clients on design ideas to create a custom space unique to their home. Her design philosophy is to be attentive to the principles & elements of design including: line, texture, color, pattern, balance, & scale. She believes this is of utmost importance to create a well-balanced design. Laura is known for her high attention to detail.

Laura designed a new build of our lower level and is moving to design the rest of our home. The design has exceeded my expectations. Laura is very knoweldgeable and has great attention to detail. One of the things I most appreciate about Laura is that she explains the reasons for her decisions within the design. Laura listens and comes up with unique designs that fit my style. It has been fun to work with Laura through the process. I look forward to seeing the rest of our home transform as Laura and I continue to work together.

Laura is not only an exceptionally talented designer, but a lot of fun to work with! We've worked with her on several projects, including two homes. We have been nothing short of thrilled with the design - polished, sophisticated, elegant, beautiful, and livable! Laura has great vision and creativity. But, just as importantly, she listens to her clients and develops a deep understanding of their style. She works hard to stay in budget and offer alternatives that are in line when necessary. Our relationship is to the point where I no longer make any design decisions without her input - because I know that her advice will take the project to a whole new level of beautiful. We plan on working with her on each project that comes our way in the future. She is a wonderful designer and a wonderful person.

Laura is a highly skilled professional. I hired her services for the decoration of my condo. She works with the best teams and even though I was frequently away for my business she took care of everything.. My needs and tastes have been respected and completed by her suggestions to achieve a fantastic result. I get a lot of compliments from people visiting my place and I am myself very happy with the result. I highly recommend her operation for all your decorating needs.

I met Laura when she was working at Gabberts in Edina, MN. I was looking for a coffee table and she helped me redesign my family room. Her presentation for the room was wonderful and very detailed. It was a difficult shaped room but she made everything work, We loved the finished space and when we sold our home 4 years later it was her beautiful work that helped sell my home. I am currently working with her to help furnish our new home in Tennessee. She is always just a phone call away with any questions or concerns that I have. She is a very honest, creative, and sweet person to work with. She is a great listener and always takes into consideration furniture and accessories that I already have and incorporates then into a new space and design.
