We did not have a good experience working with Mr. Manea. one month after starting the project, he left without due notice for two weeks for a vacation and left us and the rest of the team stranded. during this time we were not able to reach him directly. his crew who tried to continue the work without him, made major mistakes and after return he did not take responsibility to fix the issues appropriately. some examples are in the pictures, the wall for the built in fridge was built incorrectly, the rebuilt it but it wasn't 90 degrees. also they finished the floor sealing earlier than they should have so under the removed floor looked different than the rest.

Lou, the owner, is very professional and always on the jobsite. He remodeled our entire house in the past 5 years: bathrooms, kitchen, exterior, painting, you name it. I couldn't be happier. Great quality work. I trust his entire crew. He always have the same people working for him. He is very neat and detailed oriented. His expertise shows in his ideas, He does small and big jobs which makes me easy to call him for anything.

We have used Lou Manea for several projects - both large and small. He has replaced bay and 2-story picture windows, painted, remodeled our master bedroom which included enclosing our deck and redesigning our roof line, and he reroofed our entire cedar shake roof. His crew is respectful and trustworthy. I left our house unattended for many of the projects with no hesitation. They leave the worksite immaculate at the end of every work day
