Logan Custom Homes builds custom mountain homes on the Highlands-Cashiers plateau of Western North Carolina. Founded by lifelong Cashiers resident Ben Logan in 2003, the company has spent more than two decades building residences designed to settle into their landscape, with classical proportions, honest materials, and craftsmanship built to hold up to twenty mountain winters. Ben leads every project personally, from the first walk of the site to the final finish, working closely with each client and their architect. Logan Custom Homes builds new custom homes, additions, and renovations throughout Cashiers, Highlands, Sapphire, and Glenville, including the private communities of Cullasaja Club, High Hampton, Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club, Pinchot, and the Country Club of Sapphire Valley.
