Lori beautifully furnished my condominium when I listed it for sale. The pieces were carefully selected to appeal to the buyer I am targeting. The furnishings maximized the use of space while maintaining an open appearance with just the right touch of accessories. Lori was prompt at arriving at my home and put together the paperwork to quickly provide the furnishings I needed to list my property. Honestly, I am not even sure where to begin my review. Lori has been my rock throughout an entire sprucing up of a property that I needed to list for a client. As a client's realtor I need to have someone I can count on to help sellers make the right upgrades and clean- outs in order to enhance a home's value and desirability. I contacted Lori pre-pandemic knowing she could handle such a big home and job. She had great ideas and made spot-on recommendations for work that needed to be done. Then the pandemic hit. We continued to communicate by phone and even FaceTime. Once we were able to continue the project in person (socially distant of course) we ventured out to appliance outlets, lumber and stone yards, hardware stores and SO, SO much more! We spent at least four hours together just on one trip to purchase the home's door handles (no exaggeration)! I was able to finish the upgrade of my seller's home by mid-August. Then Lori staged the home to perfection! LOVE HER!!!

Lori is FABULOUS! I called Lori from Wisconsin to help my Dad stage his condo in NY, I was stressed beyond belief, being so far away! She spent so much time with me on the phone, and put me at ease quickly! I sent her pictures of each room and she told me what my dad needed to thin out in each room, she kept in touch daily with me, sent me pictures of all receipts, and the before and after were AMAZING! It was such a relief to know Lori was going to take care of everything for the staging, she told me not to worry she had it all under control and did she ever! Being a first time homeowner, selling a house was new territory. Our realtor discussed the benefits of staging our house, as it helps people sell houses faster, and recommended Lori from Spaces that Speak.
