About Us

Loveday Designs is a family-owned building design company specializing in single-family, custom homes. Over the last 15 years we’ve been in business, we have created hundreds of custom home designs for families throughout Oklahoma and North Texas. We have experience in several building types and styles, as well as many different construction methods. Our true passion is designing homes that are larger in character than in size, environmentally cautious and made to fit around your individual lifestyle, needs and budget. We do this by spending time with our customers and getting to know exactly what their needs are over the course of several meetings as outlined below. INITIAL CONSULTATION: -Discussion of price and terms of the design process -Possible design sketches before and/or after meeting -No payment due 2ND MEETING: -Concept Floor Plan and Elevations. No dimensions or notes -Start of Foundation Plan -Possibly preliminary Site Plan -25% payment due before proceeding 3RD MEETING: -Dimensioned Floor Plans and Elevations -Dimensioned Foundation Plan -Building Sections drawn -Electrical Plan (Rough) -Preliminary Site Plan -Begin Cabinet Elevations -50% payment due before proceeding 4TH MEETING: -Final Plans with minor changes expected -Remaining balance due FINAL MEETING: -Delivery of accepted plans and requested number of plans

We just purchased a property with pre-existing house plans Donnie Loveday had designed for a much younger client. He brilliantly helped us convert the plans to a senior-friendly handicapped accessible home that we can't wait to build. He's a great listener and really captured on paper, what we had envisioned.

Donnie is excellent! He explains the process thoroughly and is very patient to answer questions. We met regularly and he was great to communicate with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend Donnie with Loveday Designs. He is extremely precise, provides great input and insight on what would or would not work well. He worked extremely fast, and always responded in a very timely manner. We live 3 hours away from the house project, and he made this entire process very simple and stress free. He met us at the property for initial walk through and measured the entire house by himself, and gave us the remodel plan we were seeking!

Donnie Loveday, Loveday Designs, has been excellent to work with. He planned a master bathroom and closet redesign that will meet our needs perfectly. We purchased an older home that we love but the bathroom space was not functional. Donnie listened thoroughly to our needs and desires and tweaked his design each time, until we had a plan for a space that was what we had envisioned. We hired Donnie Loveday at Loveday Designs to draw our house plan. It was a complicated plan and, with his expertise, we revised it making several changes. He was always patient and so very helpful. He never rushed us to make a decision and encouraged us to ask questions and express concerns. The plan is done. However, he says if we need any help to please contact him. I think that’s going the extra mile. I would highly recommend him if you want a personalized plan.

Donny was amazing! He really worked with us to design our new quick service restaurant. He really listened to what we wanted and gave us direction when we had no idea what to do. Any revisions were done promptly and exactly what we needed. He even went out of his way to look up rules/guidelines and even went to the city with questions and concerns. All of our drawings and blueprints came out so nice and professional. Highly recommend his services.

We had been planning on building a home for several years and had a good idea of what we wanted. The idea we had of what we wanted changed and transformed several times throughout the design process. Loveday Designs really helped this idea grow and become reality. We were treated with professionalism always. There were a couple big things we decided to change towards the end of the project and we were met with total understanding and cooperation.
