Larry and Zack were great to work with. Very understanding of how hard it is to live in a construction zone. They did an addition (master suite), complete new kitchen, moved a powder room, created an awesome laundry/mud room and lots of other small touches to update my home.

The home we purchased from Wyatt Builders is the best of the 8 we have owned! Larry and his team are extremely easy to work with and have provided direction on how to maintain our home. The home has many additional luxury features that others in this price range do not possess. Add to that the quality of construction, the follow-up and the willingness to make us satisfied on any of the small issues we had makes Wyatt Builders the best we have ever experienced!

Wyatt Builders provided some needed maintenance to my home including a new roof and painting the outside and inside. Larry's main job, however, was remodeling my kitchen. We had to knock a wall down, replace and redesign cabinets and counters and replace appliances. He gave me a calendar and cost at the beginning of the project and stayed amazingly true to both. He was a joy to work with and if we ever need a contractor again, I would not hesitate to use him. I would recommend him highly!

Larry Mims with Wyatt Builders is an excellent builder and general contractor. My husband initially hired Larry to construct a new room at his recording studio. We were so impressed with Larry's abilities that we started discussing our ideas for designing and building a house. From our initial conversations and drawings on restaurant napkins, Larry was able to walk us through the whole process. He helped us find and buy a plot of land, hire a great architect, and then proceeded to make our dream a reality. As a young couple with modern tastes, we had some design ideas that were a little different. Larry took it all in his stride, guided us appropriately, and found the right people and materials to make it work in our budget. We now have a lovely custom built house with a main living area that is reminiscent of Abbey Road Studio 1!

My husband and I decided to screen in our back porch and tear down the old fence and replace it with a different kind. We found Wyatt Builders to be very dependable. Plus, we were given great ideas and suggestions during our project that we are so glad we received. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We engaged Larry to build our screen porch and detached garage with carriage house space. Throughout the entire process, Larry had our best interests at top of mind. He was excellent to work with and demanded superb craftsmanship from his sub-contractors. Most importantly, Larry listened to us. He took extra time and care on the aspects of the project that were most important to us. We can't recommend Larry highly enough.

Wyatt Builders remodeled my house after we had an A./C unit leak in the attic while we were out of town on vacation. This ruined the ceilings, floors and walls of 2 levels in our home. They were able to complete the project while maintaining an environment in which we were able to continue living in our house and not have to stay in a hotel. Having already used Wyatt Builders for 2 commercial build-outs for my business in the past, I knew I could trust them to do a great job on my house. The leak turned out to be blessing in disguise. Because of Wyatt Builders' excellent work on replacing the drywall, hardwood, carpets, etc. we were able to sell this house a short time later, but for more money than if we would have before the repairs. I am currently planning on a 3rd commercial project and plan to use Wyatt Builders for a 4th time.
