Larry would not return our $2,000 deposit after we cancelled a contract with them when the price of our pool increased 5% because they failed to perform a survey of our utilities until after we contracted with them. In a text conversation with him and his designer/sales person we were told they weren't making any money on our project because they discounted our pool so heavily (was still more expensive then 5 other pool companies). When their electrician showed up to quote our electrical reroute he was 2 hours late, and didn't have a tape measure.

The team at Beach'n Pools was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. They listened to our ideas and gave us honest feedback and suggestions. They were on time and on budget. They kept us informed of the progress and answered all our questions. We would like to especially thank Larry and Amanda, who were the main contacts for our project. This was our first pool remodel and are new to pool ownership after our home purchase. We were guided through the entire process with easy and consistent communication. The design process ensured we were able to make selections that fit our style and a rendering was provided to ensure our dream pool was exactly what we were looking for. If anyone is looking for a pool builder I highly recommend Staycation Pool & Spa LLC. Larry Schwing is excellent to work with and his team is very thorough in answering all of your questions and bringing your vision to life! We have a very small backyard with a 14 ft easement and he has designed a beautiful pool for us that includes everything we wanted- which wasn’t much! We are so impressed with his attention to detail and care for his work. Our pool is sleek, modern and could be the cover of a magazine! Staycation Pool and Spa has helped to make our backyard dreams a reality. Larry asked us about/listened to our ideas and price point (some of which we didn’t think were possible), created a beautiful design under budget, and waited patiently while we made our decision. From start to finish our pool/spa/pergola combo build was a great experience! Attention to detail was amazing. They told us it should only take 3 months for the build and to be honest, we didn't believe them. They finished a couple days under the three month mark.
