They did beautiful work and worked fairly quickly! I have had other reupholsters take a lot of time and not check in on judgment calls but Creative Design was great!

Luann did a spectacular job in helping me pick out fabric. I knew what I didn't want, and she helped me find what I did want. I had 4 dinning room chairs reupholstered and 2 occasional chairs. Work was done in a timely fashion, communication with them was great. I will defiantly use them again for all my needs!!! Sorry I did not take pictures of the occasional chairs, but these are 2 pictures of the dinning room chairs.

Luanne was absolutely amazing to work with!! Her work is above all the rest! Her attention to detail and the level of quality in her craft is so hard to find! I have a high-end Italian sofa with hand stitching - Luanne's workmanship is the level of the Italian craftsmanship. My sofa looks like it came off the showroom floor. My interior designer was so impressed with her work -- he will use her services. I cannot wait to find my next piece so Luanne can put her magic touch on it and make it beautiful. I contacted Creative Design Guild from a Sewing Professionals Referral List given to me by a local retail fabric store in my area. I was looking to duplicate several pillow covers and a huge custom seat cushion....all of which I saw in an HGTV magazine....and needed professional sewing work to accomplish my project. I recently had Creative Design Guild reupholster my beloved Ethan Allen camelback sofa. This was the 3rd time in 40+ years I’ve had it redone. It was my first time with CDG, and I must say, the best outcome for the sofa. They did a fabulous job! Right down to touching-up the various dings in the legs. They made this “old lady” look new, again. Working with Luann was quite pleasant and easy. I was set on a particular shade of wisteria purple, which made fabric selection a bit challenging, but she was very helpful and patient with me. In all, I am extremely satisfied and happy with the work done and working with everyone at Creative Design Guild.

Luann did a FABULOUS job of reupholstering my 8 dining room chairs. The chairs and the fabric pattern that I selected where very complicated. She also went out of her way to shop and match welting for the chairs. The fabric that I selected was to thick to welt. She is very professional and responses quickly with quotes and fabric yardage requirements. She has done some other pieces for me in our kitchen that look wonderful! Beautiful work and pleasant to work with. We were fortunate to inherit a game table and four upholstered chairs. Creative Design Guild reupholstered the four chairs, touched up the wood trim and added new casters. They were professional in estimating fabric yardage and honest regarding project timeframe.

I was very happy with the work that was completed. The chairs look new and professionally done. As a bonus I was happy to receive matching throw pillows for my bench. This was in addition to my job of 4 chairs and a window bench seat! Impeccable job!

My experience was beyond excellence. I had six dining room chairs reupholstered seats only the turnaround was quick efficient they went above and removed paint that I had on three of my chairs and tighten all legs and cleaned up the chairs they looked brand new I would highly recommend

Creative Design Guild is the very best at what they do. Every project they've done for me has been impeccable and very reasonable in price. From furniture to drapery to upholstered walls, their work is always top notch in quality and craftsmanship.

Luann and her son Rod did an amazing job with my living room. I was going for a circa 1940 look (the year my house was built), and Luann tapped in to my vision immediately. I told her I was fond of mostly neutral colors with hints here and there of pale blue. She chose an amazing and durable cream fabric for the camelback sofa I bought at an estate sale and embellished it with pale-blue down pillows. For my two wingback chairs (also from an estate sale), we settled on a subtle stripe fabric that includes lots of cream and a little tan, navy and pale blue. Rod set the whole thing off with an small blue ottoman he built from scratch (I was working with a limited amount of space). All the pieces work beautifully with my dark mahogany antique tables and a very nice 1940s credenza I found at an estate sale. The quality of Luann and Rod's work is first-rate, and the craftsmanship is amazing. Even better, they're very nice people and fun to work with. Luann's enthusiasm is infectious. At times, I think she was more excited about my project than I was. I highly recommend Creative Design Guild and French's Upholstery.

I needed an update in my living room. Luann came to my house, checked my furniture, and told me it was worth reupholstering. She helped me with colors, material, drapes, to pull the room together. I was so happy with her help, we moved on to the family room. She told me the couch in the family room was not worth investing. She helped me find a couch, and she reupholstered the couch and chair. She did not take long, stayed within deadlines, and budgets. She was great to work with, helped me find people to re-stain my tables and rockers. We have worked with Luann and her team since beginning of 2013. They have restored a set of chairs, reupholstered a lounge chair, restored an old trunk and turned a wooden coffee table into an upholstered coffee table. French's Upholstery just finished a project for me and I couldn't be more pleased! My grandmother's 60+ Danish modern chairs have been sitting in our basement for years and it was my new year's resolution to finally get them fixed up. I found French's Upholstery online. I e-mailed Luann and she e-mailed right back with an estimate. Together with her son, they made the chairs more sturdy, conditioned the wood, replaced the webbing and constructed new cushions. They turned out so beautiful! The price was very reasonable, too. Luann was very nice and responded to my e-mails quickly and worked with my schedule for when to drop off and pick up.
