A Boston area native, a Metro-West resident for several years, and current North Shore homeowner. Luciano is well versed on the real estate scene in Peabody, its surrounding communities, and beyond - including Southern NH! Luciano holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a Marketing concentration, from Framingham State University. Having held project management and leadership roles throughout his career in small, local, non-profit organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies in the area, Luciano brings 10+ years of experience in direct and online marketing and sales to RE/MAX. Luciano served as a great asset in my husband and I's first time home buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the things we didn't think about right away (plumbing, electric, heating, etc.). He made sure to inform us along the way of how things would impact our monthly utility costs, and what aspects of property may have an effect on our mortgage (flood zones, solar panels, etc.). He was also just a pleasure to work with the entire time. He's funny, and informative while remaining honest and upfront about everything. He has great food recommendations, which is important when you're moving because you want to know the local hot spots. Overall he was amazing to have as our real estate agent. We will definitely come to him for our next home purchase.
