I'm Lulu, the heart and soul behind Lulu Designs. It's a journey that spans two decades, and it all began with a passion for real estate back in my college days. That spark of enthusiasm led me down a path I could have never imagined. You see, I didn't just fall into design; it was more like design found me through a series of experiences, including house flipping and diving into the world of furniture. Along the way, I leaned on the support of my dear friends and family. Each chapter added layers to my expertise, enriching my design sensibilities. What I've learned is that design is more than aesthetics; it's about connecting with people on a profound level. It's about understanding your dreams, aspirations, and crafting spaces that resonate with your unique essence. That's the core of what I do. Recently in May 2026, one of my new build projects was on the Newport Harbor Home Tour.
