We found Lux Builders after our renovation plan had been approved by the city. Lux Builders consists of a team of professionals. The crew is nice, easy to communicate with, and knows how to take care of your property. For example, they take off their shoes when they enter your property and clean up when they leave. The team is responsive, always has someone pick up the phone or answer your email if you have questions. The crew is fully under Lux Builders’ name. Unlike other general contractors, which farm out jobs for specific work like framing, drywall, etc. This gives them control of your construction schedule, which we very much appreciate. They have great in-house expertise in building houses. They can directly help you directly without going through another contractor. They also have great resources, they pretty much can help you find anything you are looking for. We didn’t hire an interior designer. The team has a great relationship with the city, and we personally think this is one of the biggest benefits of working with Lux. The last thing you want is to get into trouble with the city, which will delay your project and cost you more money. If we have another house build or renovation project, I would contract Lux out of a heartbeat. If I were to do this all over again, I would have consulted with Lux before submitting my plan to the city. They do more than just construction!

Sagi and his team have worked with us on installing new windows, new HVAC and repainting the exterior of our house. All were big jobs as the house needed major updating. He walked us through the process and listened to our concerns and our desired outcome. His team would flag any issue that came up and gave us options to resolve them. They did amazing work, paid attention to every detail and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We are very happy with the results and would work with Lux Builders again.

Extremely responsive and efficient. Did everything possible to maintain schedule while ensuring perfect finishes. Staff was polite and professional, and made sure to work around our busy schedules. We were even able to retain residency in the home while renovations occurred.

Working with Lux was such a great experience! We couldn’t be happier with our full kitchen remodel…..it is GORGEOUS. The owner, the office staff, and the crews were all amazing and so easy to work with and so respectful of us and our home. In addition, they were there for us when we had a few other home issues due to flooding and were able to also provide a new roof and fix the room that was damaged and put it back to its original condition all while working on the kitchen and completing it within the time promised. We recommend them very highly!

Lux completed our home addition/remodel in Redondo Beach starting with design, then obtaining a permit, and finally construction. Lux lives up to their name. We found their quality or work and service to be consistent and top notch. Lux’s communication was consistently excellent. Sagi and his front office team were always available to pick up the phone, answer an email, visit the site, etc. The construction was scheduled consistently and wisely. There were crews working on something pretty much every day during the construction cycle. Lux’s crews were always respectful, trustworthy, friendly, and hard working. Overall, we highly recommend Lux and appreciate our beautifully remodeled home!

We were very pleased with the two bathrooms Lux Builders remodeled for us. Sagi and his team helped us so much with the customized design – even going with us to pick out tiles and fixtures. We also appreciated that they were always reachable when we needed something. His workers were on time and respectful. Anytime there was an issue, they developed workable solutions. It is hard to know where to begin to explain how pleased we are with the work Lux just completed for us. On time, on budget and the workmanship is just outstanding. We spent seven months living in rental while the work was done, we moved back in almost to the day that Lux projected we would and every friend, neighbor and tradesperson that comes in our house says the same thing, “Wow, it looks like new construction.” Importantly, a large part of the success of this whole-house renovation is Sagi Paul’s, the owner, excellent taste and judgement. Numerous times he made suggestions on changes or tweaks to materials and finishes that give us either a better result or saved us money. My experience in business is that talented people surround themselves with talented people and that is what we experienced with Lux. From the office team to their field workers to their subcontractors, every person we dealt with was professional, polite, engaged and talented. It has just been a wonderful experience and my wife and I can’t recommend Lux highly enough. If the quality of the work is important, then Lux, we think, is the builder of choice.

Did a complete remodel on our home from a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom. Throughout the process, Lux Builders were courteous, timely, produced work that exceeded our expectations. Would work with them again in a heartbeat!
