Lux Design Builds did a remodel on our upstairs hall bathroom. The project was completed in a timely fashion (in 6 days) including demolition. The remodel replaced the floor with vinyl tile, replaced the tub surround tiles with vinyl sheets and replaced the vanity, counter mirror, tub, lights and all fixtures. The finished bathroom looks great with no issues. The fixtures, vanity and surfaces chosen by the Lux design crew look great. The installer did a great job, was very courteous and did the job with minimal disruption.

After two years of planning for a bathroom remodel with a walk-in shower and meeting with representatives of five different companies, Lux Design Builds was the one company that offered me a good array of choices of materials and design ideas and stayed within my budget. Raz, the president of the company, met with me several times to discuss options and Luis, who did the remodel was amazing; he is so skilled and answered my many questions and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. It took nine days to complete the project, including meticulous cleanup. I love the look of my bathroom now and highly recommend Lux Design Builds.

We had an old, underused bath/shower and decided to convert the space into a steam shower/steam sauna. We chose Lux for the job, and they handled everything from start to finish. From design guidance to helping us select tile and hardware, and through the demolition and installation process, Lux took care of it all. The installers they worked with were excellent, and the final result is exactly what we envisioned. It’s clear Lux knows what they’re doing—every detail was thoughtfully managed, which is especially important in a bathroom remodel where poor workmanship can have serious consequences. I would absolutely recommend Lux for any bathroom remodeling project and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I used Lux Design Builds for bathroom remodel including tub to shower conversion. Design team was excellent in helping we arrive at my dream making pertinent suggestions along the way. Product list was created and everything was on site before construction started. Everything went smoothly and completed on time. I would definitely work with them again on a future project.

I really enjoyed working with Lux Design Builds, the kitchen turned out really great! During the design phase, the owner Vered gave me a lot of suggestions on how to make the cabinets more useful and fit my needs. During the remodeling phase, Adrian paid a lot of attention to tiny details that made the final work looks really nice and smooth. There were some issues with my kitchen that weren’t being able discovered without removing the walls. However, Adrian was able to fix it really quickly without delaying the whole remodeling schedule. I’m really happy with the outcome and will definitely work with Lux Design Builds if I have another remodel for my house in the future.

We had our kitchen remodeled by Lux design. Thew whole team was very professional and most importantly very flexible. There were a number of designs, material choices and project scope options we went through in the beginning but never felt that we were being pressured to make any decisions. The option of seeing 3D models of what the setup would look like was also very useful! The implementation phase was also very smooth. We have young kids and Lux design somehow found a way to keep the kitchen operational as much as possible. The quality of work was great and we are quite satisfied with the outcome.

We worked with Lux Design Builds to remodel our kitchen. From the beginning, they were very responsive to all our questions and requests. Designing the kitchen went smoothly, and they were able to transform our dream kitchen into a 3D render that gave us a pretty good idea of the end result. Once the design was ready, they started working on the project immediately. They handled every little detail, and the remodeling team led by Simey, was very respectful of our house and protected all surfaces before doing any remodeling. The end result was very similar to the renders but better. We love every aspect of the new kitchen! Thanks to Vered, Marina, Kartika, and Raz, who guided us through the entire process and ensured the project was completed on time and without any problems.

We had a wonderful experience with Lux design builds. We remodeled our kitchen with them this summer. We are extremely happy with the result, it is exactly what we wanted. The company was great with schedule and organisation of the work. Super friendly team and also the partner Vered was very involved and present to help and guide me through the big decisions on material. She came with me to find the right material and really respected my style and choices. She understood what I wanted and supported me through that. Andrian, the foreman was detail oriented and great to have in the home and executed the work perfectly. I would highly recommend this one stop shop design firm contractor. Worth the money if you want perfection.

We were very impressed by the process in terms of quantity, price, and timeline - they really saved our goose. In the current Market Place, it's very hard to get quality tradespeople and ones that are not gouging you. We explained to Raz and Annie that we were moving out of state and had an urgent timeline to get our house on the market. Annie went out of her way to help and Raz burned a few favors expediting the material for the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen/pantry. Alex then took over and came and did the installation taking painstaking care of the project and going through all the small details with passion as thou it was his own house - I was inspired that there are still those people out there. To contextualize the project, I am a Fire Inspector for one of the local cities and I see very high-value homes on a daily basis -- the craftmanship was right up there with the very best. Once we staged the 1974 house, the insides looked in showroom condition, and we sold it just before the interest rates jumped !!

This is a great company. They remodeled our kitchen (including a wall removal) and two full bathrooms and repiped our house. We have been very happy with the result. Raz, the owner, is friendly and helpful. Vered, the designer partner, is great to work with, is well organized and excellent in public relations. She guided us through the design and kept close touch during the execution. Adrian, the foreman, is a most talented worker and great work leader. We originally expected the work to take three months and were most pleasantly surprised to have the full remodel completed in six weeks. We strongly recommend this company.

I had a bathroom remodel project completed by Lux Design Builds. Decided to go with a design build company to reduce the headaches of having to order and manage the installation. From concept to completion, the project went smoothly overall. Alex was the project manager and he was meticulous in masking and protecting the living areas to the work area. Its the small things that make a difference. Alex had great communication skills and made sure that everything was being done to my expectations. He answered any questions I had and worked hard and fast. Hoping to enjoy the new bathroom in the days and years to come.

In our personal attempts to finalize the minor details of our home revitalization last year; it seems that this is an afterthought to finally submit this review. Our apologies for the delay int his review. We know the importance any business needs for it continued success is their clients review. Reviews gauge a business’s future continued success. Last year, we had interviewed several construction companies before signing onto LuxDesignBuilds. From the moment we contacted them & spoke to Dorothea to inquire about the main floor renovation, we have felt an energy of positivity & possibilities for the intended job we wanted done. We had an intended idea of what we expected to be done design-wise. The positive was that LuxDesignBuilds honored that. The collaboration of the entire staff assigned was phenomenal!! Certain design ideas were interjected to improve the design that we wanted done for the renovation.. Of course, along the way, we incurred some ‘kinks’ which is not unusual. However, it was no problem for Raz & Vered to send part of their team over to fix & amend the unforetold problems after the fact. To recap the job: Renovation to the entire main floor of a day-light rambler home. Modernize the fireplace; removed several walls to give a more open floor plan in the kitchen/dining/living room area; modernized all the doors (French doors) & windows (double-pane); created a master bathroom en-suite w/heated tile floors; and reconfigured a bedroom into a combined primary bathroom/storage linen room with heated tile floors as well. All this was done w/o having to add on extra square footage. The outcome is so exceptional!! LuxDesignBuilds are a sincere business with the best intentions for their clients to be satisfied with the work performed by all. We’d like to thank all the staff: from Dorothea, Raz, Vered, Bassia, Dan, Andrey, his dad, Gil & Vladimir. There were many more of the staff that we do wish to thank, but unfortunately their names have escaped our minds. Thank you so much for the exceptional job done.

We have worked regularly with Vered and her team Lux Design Builds for the last two years. They have helped us design and remodel every room in our home, and consulted with us on furniture and art as well. We have been delighted with their work. They are conscientious, responsive and reliable--these are not universal traits in the remodeling business, especially these days. Their partners and subs are also very professional, and equally picky about doing the work correctly. In this Age of Covid, they have brought in projects on time and on budget. Because of Lux Design Builds, our kitchen, bathrooms, great room and bedrooms are now sources of real pleasure for us. Lux Design Builds is starting on our pantry/mudroom now, and that will complete the transformation of our home. When they show up with drawings, it will be clear that they have thought out a given project thoroughly, but they are also very flexible if you ask for modifications to the plans, in structure or materials. We simply cannot recommend Lux Design Builds highly enough!

Lux Design’s strengths are its integrity, fairness, and attention to schedule. Unlike many contractors these days, they show up, work hard, and communicate. They completed a design-build of a master bath, including moving walls and plumbing. Their job foreman was efficient and creative at problem solving. The new bathroom is absolutely beautiful and functional. "Oops" were addressed quickly and without contest. They take pride in their work and ensure that you are happy. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We would recommend Lux Design Builds to anyone contemplating a bathroom remodel project. We preferred to hire a design-build firm so we only had to deal with one company. We chose this firm mainly due to Vered’s excellent sense of design that she exhibited on previous projects. She did not disappoint. We had a pretty well developed idea of what we wanted for our master bathroom and our preferred layout but Vered improved upon the design and helped us choose the right materials and colors. We removed the old, unused soaking tub and replaced it with a new larger shower and added more cabinetry in place of the old shower. Lux was easy to work with and they respected our budget. The crew on our project did an excellent job and were very courteous. There were very few issues during construction and only minor change orders for things that we chose to add. The cabinet maker – Superior Cabinets – did a great job and were very affordable for a custom maker. We are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom.

Lux did a complete master bath remodel and a shed to office conversion. We had originally been working with another company on the design, so we had a really good idea of what we wanted with an already done design. However Lux revamped the design and made a number of significant improvements by focusing on details the other designer missed. When the project started the crew was there everyday. They were courteous and felt like family. They also would clean up the site at the end of everyday. Whenever we had any concern the answer was don’t worry we will make sure you are 100% happy. The end result was beautiful! They were amazing!I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

We would like to give an unqualified recommendation for Lux Design Builds. We have just completed a full kitchen remodel consisting of new cabinets, counter tops and back splash. Also, a full re-tiling of our fireplace wall, painting of bathroom cabinets, kitchen and nook lighting replacement, and the addition of a wine bar. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The design services led by Vered were perfect and the timing was exactly as promised. The lead contractor, Andre, had a keen eye for detail and kept every aspect of the project on time and on budget. Co-owners Raz and Vered kept every promise and had no unexpected charges or add-ons. The billing system is clear and straightforward, and the costs are fair. They even came out to our place after completion to make sure we were completely satisfied, bearing gifts for our new home! The bottom line: On time, On budget, Quality work, Exceeded expectations. And they are great people. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I never thought that remodeling our kitchen, flooring, bathroom and living room would be a pleasant experience, but it absolutely was working with Lux Design Builds. I truly appreciated all the attention to detail and the constant communication. Vered has amazing ideas and is there every step of the way. She will go with you to pick out materials and is there working with the construction team as it is installed. Saki keeps up excellent communication throughout the process, and even provides the much needed moral and marital support that you need during a remodel. I would highly recommend this excellent team of professionals.

Lux Design Builds will take great care to bring your vision to life! Their designer understood my more classic style for our Master Bathroom project and was there from start to finish. To save money, my husband and I kept the current layout of the bathroom. With that decision, there were issues that arose but Lux Design Builds was able to bring my ideas to fruition and our Master Bathroom turned out beautifully! The crew was a pleasure to work with and if I ever have another huge project – my husband and I would not hesitate to use Lux Design Builds again.

We wanted to complete an update to our kitchen, all our bathrooms (2.5), and the laundry room. It was a phenomenal experience working with Lux Design Builds. Vered and Raz addressed all our concerns - working with us to define the scope of the work, developing detailed design plans, helping us narrow down the specific design elements while keeping our overall vision in mind. They went above and beyond to complete this renovation on budget and on time. We now have a home that is much more beautiful than we thought we could accomplish.
