Finding a reliable, affordable, conscientious, and experienced contractor is a crapshoot. Serg is the real deal. We used Luxus for a Pacific Palisades fire remediation and remodel. Serg and his team get my highest, unqualified recommendation.

Serg and his team did a remodel for me on a house in Malibu. The product is beautiful, new ceilings, floors, bathrooms, and numerous minor repairs to bring the house pack up to a modern look. His pricing is reasonable, and communication is prompt and accurate. He’s great to work with and I would definitely hire him again.

I used Serge (owner of Luxus) 4 years ago and he completed the job exactly when he was going to with next to 0 problems. He is still a staple in our home because he shows up to fix things and guarantees his work. I have referred him to all my friends in our neighborhood and we are all still friends :) It's not often when you can trust a contractor to the degree that I trust Serge. He is a perfectionist who communicates well and is respectful to women. As a mother and wife who manages the house construction, it was refreshing to work with a man who treated me as an equal and did not try to hustle me. I cannot recommend him enough.

Renovating a house is a scary process. Serg and his team helped us through this major project with patience and professionalism. He was on site and always available in person or on the phone seemingly all hours of the day. Serg was very easy to communicate with over email and text as well. I feel that Serg went above and beyond on many occasions, including when we had rain storms early in the construction process and in personally picking up fixtures and other things needed at the last minute. Serg and his team really take pride in the quality of his work and I happily recommend Serg to anyone who is thinking about taking on a big project.

Serge handled several small electrical installations at my house (ceiling lights in my living room, outdoor lighting, ceiling fan, lights and switches in a bedroom). He is very professional, responsive and completes the work on time and on budget. I will use him again in the future.

Hired Serg to build a fence, gate and deck for us. He and his team did a great job. He is a good guy.

Serg and Lichwa construction gets an A+ for the completion of our home renovation this year. We built a second story addition and completely remodeled out entire living, dining and kitchen area. Throughout the process Serg and his crew were proffessional, timely, accurate and couteous. It was a pleasure working with him and the quality and craftsmanship are exceptional. Serge is the best and nicest and most dependable contractor around. He does exactly what he says he’s going to do, when he says he’s going to do it, and does beautiful work. Most importantly, he’s honest. The first time I worked with Serge, I asked him to give me a bid, which he did, and he stuck right to the bid…no surprises or unexpeted add-ons. Now, having worked with him at both our businesses on multiple occasions, I don’t even ask for a bid. I just totally trust him….and he’s never betrayed that trust. We’ve had some bad luck with contractors in the past, but Serge has never disappointed. A+ quality of work, on time, efficient, reasonably priced, smart and nice. He’s given us good advice time and time again, which has saved us money. Most importantly, it’s just such a pleasure to find a contractor who exceeds expectations on every level.
