Lindsey continues to be a pleasure to work with on our new home construction project. Our site is complicated and she is resourceful and a great problem solver. Lindsey has done wonderful work for us!! She was initially hired for a pool project in our backyard she outdid herself in every way with creativity, getting approvals from the city, and coming up with innovative ideas for our limited backyard space! We were so happy with Lindsey's work we continue to use Lindsey as our architect for our therapy centers where we have an outdoor looking sensory room. We are currently working with Lindsey at LWB Design on a comprehensive project for the exterior of our home. She has considered many aspects of our 1928 Tudor that were in need of being addressed, and we hadn't considered. Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable, practical, thoughtful, intentional, and creative. Lindsey is the complete package. First and foremost is her creative design capability backed up by experience and talent. Our LWB project was comprehensive: a new, custom modern home with 3+ acres of land requiring everything from grading, lighting to all things green The process began with Lindsey quickly understanding our goals through good listening and interaction. These owner objectives get married up with her vast knowledge of all things landscape organic: trees, grasses, bushes and the like. The green scape is then complimented by hardscape: walkways, stones, fencing, lighting - there wasn't anything we encountered that Lindsey couldn't handle. The project design gets refined with Zoom design reviews and on-site visits, allowing important input from all stakeholders. In our case, this required Lindsey to also work closely with our custom home builder, which went smoothly. Lastly, Lindsey is extremely organized. The design review notes are well documented and the site and construction drawings are very professional so that owners and landscapers will understand the expectations without confusion. Her invoices are accurate and detailed. If you want a top notch design and a true professional, Lindsey is your person.

We've been working with Lindsey on an extensive redesign of the landscaping at our mid-century modern home. Lindsey brought new concepts to us and at the same time, integrated our ideas into a design that beautifully extends the footprint of our home. Ours has been a complicated project, with a reflecting pool, waterfalls, a 100'+ rock wall, a seat wall, and thousands of plants that she carefully selected for our location (and native to Ohio as well). Lindsey was wonderful to work with. She listened to our concerns and collaborated well with our hydro engineer and the city engineer to come up with a plan to address our property's flooding concerns. The plan combined form and function beautifully. We had the opportunity to move before the project was able to be installed, but the plans were well thought out and communicated to all parties and we were well on our way.
