Amazing company to work with for your flooring needs. They’re tremendous interior design team makes everything seem flawless. They’re scheduling is very flexible and top notch service.

We had a fantastic experience with Macco. They were recommended by our contractor and were very helpful from the start in the showroom helping us make selection of material. Scheduling of installation was convenient and the quality of the workmanship was exemplary. This project involved new floors in our entire house and new tile in the kitchen. Each workman took exceptional pride in the quality of the installation. Furniture was moved where necessary. Our final inspection was conducted by Jeff Macco owner of the company and we could not ask for a nicer person. I believe the culture of a company comes from the top. Jeff was personable and enthusiastic about our project. We needed follow through on a few final details which were attended to perfectly. Can't ask for more!

If you have a problem with your product or install, don't expect the customer service to be helpful at all. They sell the worst rated wood laminate flooring (Shaw) which rates a 1 out of 5 in the marketplace, then when issues come up, they make the resolution very painful. I have had friends who have used Macco's with many problems-vinyl flooring that shrinks away from walls, carpet installs where seams are very obvious, etc. I like to buy local, but this is one local company to stay away from.

I have worked with most of the staff at the Green Bay location and have developed the utmost respect and admiration for their professionalism, expertise, and customer service. They truly set a benchmark for how a small business should accommodate their clientele.

We had Luxury Vinyl Tile installed in our main bathroom. They did great work and finished the job quickly. It looks like real tile but is much warmer and softer on the feet. I recommend their work. A little pricier than I would have hoped, but good work nonetheless.

I am an Interior Designer. It is important to me to have professionals in the field that I can rely on to help my clients with specific needs. I am not a flooring expert. I expect when I work with Maacos to have a knowledgeable and reliable associate to help me and my clients make good decisions concerning flooring and tile needs. Karen Siecrest is a sales person at Maacos. I rely on her to help out, and she never fails to do that. She assists in a professional manner, allowing me to do my job as a designer.

As a Home Builder in Northeast Wisconsin for almost 12 years now we have found that Macco's is hands down the best flooring company in the area. Starting at the top with the owners down to the warehouse and installers they hold a standard of quality that is above the rest. From carpet to hardwood, and even tile showers, they do it all. Their customer service is, bare non, the best in the industry.

Needed decorating help and they were very helpful. Helped with carpet and paint colors and even outside colors. Excellent service.
