Mae Reedy Build + Design is an award-winning, woman-owned design-build firm serving homeowners throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Founded by Principal Designer and General Contractor Mae Reedy, our team specializes in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations that blend thoughtful design with exceptional craftsmanship. With more than a decade of experience in residential design and construction, Mae grew up in a construction family and combines that hands-on knowledge with her background in art and design. That unique perspective shaped the philosophy behind our company: every successful renovation begins with great design. Unlike many remodeling companies, we don’t jump straight into construction. Every project begins with a comprehensive Design & Project Development phase where we solve layout challenges, refine every detail, develop construction drawings, select materials, and establish realistic budgets before work begins. This design-first approach creates a smoother renovation experience, minimizes surprises during construction, and results in homes that are both beautiful and highly functional. Our work is known for timeless, livable interiors that feel warm, layered, and personal rather than trend-driven.
