Magleby beyond impressed us with their work with us on our commercial project. From start to finish they were professional, detailed, and very communicative. The trades they have were amazing! Many of the lead project managers from the trades seemed to act as if this was their own project. We made great bonds, and gained extreme appreciation for all of their hard work! I cannot say enough positive things about Magleby's. After my first conversation with Leon Schwab I knew we were going to hire them to handle our large remodel project. The company was a joy to work with in every way! They were very professional, met our extremely tight deadline and the quality of work is unsurpassed. The accounting was open and clear, so we knew where we stood at all times. As out-of-state owners and working on the project remotely, I never worried that the quality was compromised. Communication was fluid and constant between myself and our site manager. After interviewing more than a dozen different builders we decided to choose Magelby Remodel for our massive remodel project. We loved our lot but not the layout or exterior of our home. We all but knocked the entire home over and started fresh, and also added a very large custom barn on our property. This project was completed over a period of 8 months. We could not be happier with our decision to go with Magelby remodel. At the end of the project we still have a great relationship with our builder and superintendent. We were very impressed with the caliber of sub contractors they used, their professionalism, and their ability to deliver what was promised. If we had to do the project over again, we would choose Magelby without hesitation.

We began our project with Magleby Remodel in December of 2013, shortly after we purchased a condominium in Salt Lake City with a plan to do a complete demolition and remodel of a 3,000 square foot property. As we researched potential candidates, everyone we spoke with was extremely complimentary of the Magleby Remodel team. When we began interviewing firms, they stood out as the one with a just the right mix of experience, creativity and flexibility that we felt we needed. Shortly after we decided to work with Magleby Remodel we also hired Roxbury Studios to partner with Magleby. Through their combined efforts they provided us with a comprehensive outline of the project including initial concepts, several design options and detailed budgets. Soon afterward, and throughout the project, they provided recommendations that matched our preferences, yet they were always willing to make changes that better fit our lifestyle and preferences. They worked tirelessly to keep the project on track. They also made a number of adjustments that allowed us to occupy our new home nearly a month earlier than we originally anticipated. They continually anticipated our needs and paid close attention to all of the details. Update meetings were held as scheduled, were through and informative and were done in a spirit of counseling with us about what we wanted and how to best meet our goals. Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of this project was that, because of a commitment to our Church to be in Colorado Springs during the entire period that the work was taking place, we did not see our new home until we arrived on June 28th. While we received weekly update pictures, they did not do justice to the beautiful home we found when we arrived. In short, we couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done and the professional manner in which it was accomplished.
