My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

M&V Contractors is a family owned and operated company with well over two decades of experience in hardscaping, landscaping and home renovations. Raised by a general contractor Victor Pereira has been instilled with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and passion for his work. His wife Michelle who has a diploma in Fashion Management is available to provide advice on colour and material selections for client projects if desired. M & V is committed to providing their clients with professional design and installation service for their desired projects. Whether it’s creating a beautiful outdoor living space or designing an elegant basement they will assist you in creating a design element that will enhance your most important investment, your home.

Vic at MandV is everything you want from a contractor. He is a true professional that is very responsive, an expert craftsman that takes pride in his work, an excellent communicator, and an individual with integrity that you can trust. As someone that has used other contractors in the past, no one compares to Vic and his crew. We had Vic do some interlock work in our backyard in September of 2020 and were so impressed that we had him finish our basement this past winter. We don’t have a single complaint or regret. If you’re looking to get work done, you can’t go wrong with MandV.

M & V Contractors did the interlocking walkway at the front of our condo building. They were professional, knowledgable, easy to deal with and the work looks great. Everyone in our building are happy with the finished product. Would definitely recommend their services!
