We work in Central Florida, New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Orlando and surrounding areas. Serving New Smyrna Beach, Daytona, Ormond Beach & Orlando, Mangrove Bay Design & Art Tile is a full service, diverse firm headed by Jennifer Kerr-Marsch, an artist and designer since 1998. Housed in the Historic District, a team of skilled designers and artists create spacial concepts individual to our clients needs, wants and challenges. Offering Design, Drafting & Interiors. Our creative and dedicated team stays current with the latest trends as well as codes. No matter the level of scope of your project we are capable of taking it from concept to execution. Jennifer and her team did an amazing job with our project and helped us refine our vision into something beutiful. She was very timely with the delivery of the plans, and was simply a joy to work with. Will go no where else for our future home renovation projects. Thanks Mangrove Bay!

One of the best parts about working with Jennifer is knowing how much she cares about us as home owners and cares about a successful completion of the project. Her commitment and willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched. And she does a fantastic job of using technology to manage the project & collaborate, which we appreciated and embraced. Our house remodel was a complete renovation of almost everything but the outer walls (and even some outer walls) + an addition, which was quite complex. The design and layout process was both smooth and collaborative and there are so many features of the "new" house we are in love with. When we encountered GC issues along the way, Jennifer was immensely helpful organizing subs, keeping us on track, and making sure progress continued. THANK YOU!!

Jen was wonderful to work with, my wife and I were doing a patio addition on a fairly limited budget. She worked with us and designed a beautiful patio that was well within our overall budget. Years later I called Jen with another issue on a separate project, she dropped what she was doing and came to see how she could help. Would highly recommend.

Jennifer did a fantastic job redesigning our 1959 beach house. She transformed the space into a beautiful coastal living home. She made herself immediately available to resolve "emergency" design problems and solved them with ease. She truly made our vision into a reality.

We were so lucky to have been referred to Jennifer and Mangrove Bay Design. Her help was invaluable to us. This was a new construction home and I don't want to imagine what it would have looked like if it weren't for Mangrove Bay Design. She listened and found ways to reduce costs while still creating a signature look inside and out. She has a wonderfully creative mind and is a delight to be around. Her work more than pays for itself. 5 stars for sure!

Mangrove Bay design did an amazing job on a major home renovation, including total kitchen redo the addition of a mudroom, pool and outdoor kitchen as well as a design to create a staircase up to our 3rd floor, which previously had only a closet ceiling attic type entry. The attention to detail was phenomenal and being able to really hear what we wanted and deliver was excellent. I was most impressed by the designer's ability to have the whole picture of the end project in mind and her ability to tie it all together. Would recommend Mangrove Bay Design without hesitation, couldn't have been more pleased!

We hired Jennifer For a complete reno on our 3000 sq ft home that we had just purchased. She did a great job coming up with a new floor plan. It was only after we moved in that we realized this even more so! Jennifer always responded in a timely manner whenever we had a question or problem. We highly recommend Jennifer for any project.

We worked with Jennifer on our beach condo remodel Sept 2016 - March 2017 and could not be happier. Jennifer listened to our ideas and was helpful pulling everything together as well as making suggestions and having great ideas of her own! She was fantastic for going on site and checking on progress ( which we needed as we did the remodel from out of state.) I would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer and would definitely use her services again in the future.
