Mansfield Custom Homes

Using MCH was the best decision I could have made. The process was smooth and also enjoyable! I was amazed at the work ethic and quality. One thing that especially stood out was how clean the job site was even kept. Other builders in the vicinity even commented that they could not keep their projects this clean. They executed my vision perfectly. I have now been in my home six months and it’s a dream. While the project is complete they still respond and take care of the small things that have popped up to ensure it is taken care of. If I ever built again , I would absolutely call MCH again.

Mansfield Custom Homes turned our dreams into a reality. The MCH team, lead by Hayden and James, was a pleasure to work with. Retrofitting our ideas into our existing home was challenging at times, but perfected with precision and professionalism. The renovation project was done quickly and with good quality. We were able to be onsite almost everyday and saw the superior workmanship. Even the service after the renovation completion has been exceptional. It was great to have an ease of communication. They showed amazing patience with change orders ...and oooooh did we have change orders. OK..OK... just me... I had change orders...I just wanted to get it exactly how my mind’s was seeing it. But the point is, they never denied my visions and worked hard to turn them into reality. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend Mansfield Custom Homes. Mansfield Custom Homes/Stoney Short built our dream home this past year. We asked them to build something completely unknown to this area. They made it a seamless, effortless project. Anytime my husband and I would ask them if they could do something else unusual they said “of course we can”! They did everything we asked and wanted and even more. MCH made this project completely stress free and fun for us. The Project Managers Jason Farrington and Joel Farrington we’re there for us every stage and handled every single detail. Hayden Hayden Joseph Dalley and James Roach handled the business end—keeping us in budget and on time. There are no other builders that come close to building the way Mansfield Custom Homes do. Thank you so very much MCH and everyone involved! Gary and Sheri Wolf

MCH built our home to perfection! We are very fortunate to have received a glowing recommendation for them after we had already put a deposit down with another builder. After meeting with Hayden and hearing what they had to offer we knew immediately that MCH was the company we had been looking for all along. Our home build was one of the greatest experiences of our lives! Our project manager Jason laid everything out for us from the get go. The communication from him and the rest of the company was fantastic. We always knew what was going on and when. As first time home builders we were nervous and new to a lot of things. Jason helped tremendously with this. He made a ton of recommendations and always had an answer for any question we asked. Rest assured that you will be in good hands with MCH!

MCH stepped in after we had to get rid of our first builders. It was a daunting task and a lot had not been done properly beforehand but they were absolutely wonderful. They were at the house and working on it every day. They had not anticipated finding some of the problems from the previous builder but were absolutely great about all of it. They never asked for more money or asked to leave and made sure we understood what the problems were and why they needed to be fixed. By then end the house looked so nice that it was featured in a magazine. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to build a home.

We hired MCH to build our forever home on just under 2 acres but when we found an existing home on over 3 acres, we canceled that project and hired them to do the remodel of that home. Phase 1 has just been completed and we could not be happier with the MCH team. Their level of professionalism, honesty and attention to detail is unparalleled in the industry. As real estate industry professionals, that means a lot to us. We look forward to Phase 2 of our build which includes an addition to the home. We won’t look anywhere else but to the MCH team to make that happen.

You will not find a better custom home builder than Mansfield Custom Homes! The entire team is genuine, honest, hard working, responsible and very kind. They are willing to answer any questions you have and help guide you along in your home building process. Their experience in the industry is apparent in their techniques, quality of work, and timeliness. I just feel bad for the other parts of the country that don't have the opportunity to work with these guys! Mansfield Custom Homes not only made my home a dream come true but made the process fun and easy!

We were so blessed to find this wonderful builder! They built our full custom dream home over five years ago now, and couldn’t be happier. The quality of their work is impeccable. Their ability to work WITH you, during what could be a challenging experience is something that is a great strength of theirs. We have full confidence in recommending them!!!

In a sea of tract builders that CLAIM to be custom...you will find a true custom builder in Mansfield Custom Homes. They care about the details you might not even notice and treat every client like they are building for family. True craftsmanship is hard to find in these days of mass production- but fine craftsmanship is what you have if you chose Mansfield Custom Homes. Custom by choice...quality second to none!

Mansfield Custom Homes is just that... EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM. Its made to order. My wife and I enjoyed working with Stoney Short and his entire team, including his Superintendent John Kirpach. It seem to us that their major focus was on ensuring that we got the dream home we were attempting to build, while at the same time having the knowledge and competency to make sure the home was structurally and architecturally perfect. Both Stoney and John are very attentive to detail which is obvious by seeing the end product. When we build again, there is no doubt, we will be hiring Mansfield Custom Homes again. Thanks Mansfield Custom Homes for a job well done. David and Tonya Cook

I found the team at Mansfield Custom Homes to be extremely professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. After viewing the quality of work in a house project they were building, I contracted with Mansfield Custom Homes regarding some re-modeling work on my existing house to get it ready for market. They did a great job! No doubt, their work helped get my house sold. If I had not already purchased another house, I would have considered building a new one with Mansfield Custom Homes. When the bug bites me again to build, I have no doubt that they will be at the top of my list for builders I will look at. It doesn't take long visiting one of their projects that quality is job one and pride in cleanliness of jobsite is a priority. If you are looking for a quality custom home builder, you owe it to yourself to give them a look. Thanks again for doing a great job on my remodel project.
