Vasquez Custom Metals did a beautiful job for us on our stair and loft railing. They mastered the art of tree trunks with leaves so precise and even matched up a small rail to match in another existing stepped down room. I highly recommend them and their artistry.

If I could give it 100 stars, I would!!! Our experience with Vasquez is almost unreal in today's business world. We have a small stairs and we would like to have wrought-iron railing. Before we found Vasquez, we visited/called/emailed the others. They either gave us astronomical numbers or never responded or responded but never followed up again. 1> We sent Vasquez an email inquiry. We got an email & call response. And Piero came to the house right next day. Listen to what we have in mind, checked the decors around the stairs and invited us to visit him in his shop on a Saturday and he said he would have some design ideas. 2> More than a week later, we showed up at Vasquez. We were not only surprised that he did remember the appointments and he also remembered our preferences and he even laid out a drawing... Piero told us it would take 12 weeks. It worked with our renovation schedule. Upon visited the shop, we were sold (and Piero never even tried to sell us. He was focused on what would work for us the best!). 3> During the process, we never even followed up with Piero about where we were with the design, etc.. once. Because he always beat us to it: update with the designs, the progress, etc... It was just such a smooth and pleasant experience. 4> Our stairs was ready for the installation. They scheduled us right away. And the installation went smooth and perfect. The installation team was very professional, courteous, very skilled and did a very clean job. We are so, so happy with the result of the work. We just cannot resist to send the pictures to all the people we know. Anybody in the Tampa bay area, if you need metal work. We highly, highly recommend Vasquez. Without checking Vasquez out, you will not know what you have missed out. Because of this experience, we are already planing to have them do a fence gate, some outdoor railings in the future. Thank you, Vasquez. Thank you so very much to make our house look so gorgeous.
