Marcus Sebastian Renovations did an amazing job updating our 1959 bathrooms. They are a very well managed company. They kept within the timeline predicted to complete the project. I appreciated the professionalism all team members had. I especially appreciated that we had weekly updates as to what was going on and what would be happening next. If I ever had a question, all I had to do was text or call and I would always get a response in less than 24 hours with answers to my questions. I am still in shock at how beautiful everything turned out! I would highly recommend Marcus Sebastian Renovations! I look forward to any future renovations by Marcus and his team!!

Marcus Sebastian Renovations recently updated our 1959 kitchen. We were extremely pleased with the whole process. They are an outstanding, very well organized company. I appreciated that we were always kept in the loop as to what was happening. We were always encouraged to call or text with any questions or concerns. They always replied in a timely manner. Everyone we dealt with was very polite and professional. Our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship is beautiful! Without making it bigger, it seems a whole lot bigger due to Marcus and his creativeness. The whole process was completed in a timely manner as projected. We look forward to using Marcus Sebastian Renovations for any future needs.

Recently, Marcus and his group completed a total rebuild of our master bathroom. This rebuild included the removal of everything in the bathroom (tub, shower, vanity, etc). It was replaced with a new custom shower (shower head, body sprays, wand and rainfall shower heads), new jetted tub, the relocation of the commode, transforming the old shower into a new closet, the installation of a heated, tiled floor, new vanity, and lighted mirror. All of this was completed in approximately 7 weeks. Upon completion of the work, there was an issue with the heated floor. This issue was resolved by the team in short order at their expense. The end product completely exceeded our expectations. Further, the team was professional, easy to work with, and a joy to have in our home. We are very excited for the new bathroom and could not be happier. We are excited to have them back for future renovations

Marcus and his team did a fantastic job in helping us give our kitchen a makeover. They are timely and kept us in the loop along the way to make us feel more at ease and comfortable with the progress. They warned us that the kitchen makeover (or any renovations) would be a process but in all honesty, while it was a process - we never felt dragged or our house was not livable. They cleaned up along each work they completed, and so thoughtful on how to keep the rest of the house clean! I cannot say enough about this company and the people behind the scenes to ensure we get what we paid for our vision. They were all AWESOME and I am sure we will consider them in the future for other housing projects. Advice to those using them: 1) Be kind and remove what is not necessary for them to get started on your project. It's a partnership! I think that helped them move through the work in an efficient and smooth manner. 2) Don't wait until the project is fully completed and then letting them know about issues. If possible or applicable, let them know when you see something amiss or ask them questions at the end of each work day. They are really responsive and able to work on it the next day so it doesn't linger. I found them extremely helpful with my questions each day!

We really appreciate the professionalism of Marcus’s team during their time remodeling our kitchen. The process for the remodel was smoothly executed, and the communication with the management team was effortless. Marcus was knowledgeable and made the process of renovating our kitchen something we actually enjoyed. When Marcus told us that he enjoys helping homeowners to see their vision materialize …. he called it “his passion!!!”

Marcus Sebastian Construction build a new bathroom for us, they transformed the Laundry room in a bathroom - laundry room where we now have the opportunity to take a shower when we come in from working at landscaping. The shower is large and elegant with glass all around it, and had a bench to rest on during the wash. The bench seat matches the countertop that they installed with a farmhouse sink. The shower floor contains stone tiles, they look like little stones in the sea shore. The white cabinets are elegant and they enclose the washer and dryer tower and you don’t even see them unless you open the two elegant doors. They also renewed the ceiling in this bathroom and put extra strength in it to be able to sustain a new bathtub they put in the bathroom upstairs. The bathtub upstairs look very elegant. They also installed a new vanity in the upstairs bathroom. We are very happy with the new bathroom/laundry room downstairs and the new bathtub and cabinets upstairs. The work was completed professionally, and the project was done in a timely manner, and within the estimated cost. The men who came to work on our bathrooms, were professional, polite, helpful, and considerate and did everything they could to ensure we were satisfied with the job.
